The Covid-19 vaccination programme faces more criticism as a man sues AstraZeneca over vaccine complications that led to his wife’s death. Gareth Eve said he’s been left with ‘no alternative’ but to take legal action against AstraZeneca. The legal action alleges that the vaccine is a ‘defective product’ and ‘unsafe.’
These developments add to growing concerns about Covid-19 vaccines and their potential risks.
A coroner concluded in August 2021 that Lisa Shaw, a 44-year-old BBC Radio Newcastle employee for over 4 years, died from a rare condition called vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia, which is linked to vaccination.
According to her husband, Lisa was fine until she took the shot. Our previous articles raised serious questions about these vaccines both Biblically and scientifically. They have turned out to be of negligible use at best and positively dangerous at worst. In Lisa Eve’s case, a healthy young woman took a drug she did not need to ward off a potential disease she was at little risk from and she died as a result. The words of the Lord Jesus, in the context of calling sinners to repentance, take on a new significance:
Luke 5:31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
Vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) is a rare and serious side effect of some COVID-19 vaccines, particularly those that use adenovirus vector technology such as the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
VITT occurs when the body’s immune system produces antibodies against platelet factor 4 (PF4), a protein that helps blood clot. These antibodies can bind to PF4 and form complexes that activate platelets and trigger the formation of blood clots. This can cause thrombosis (blood clots) in various parts of the body, particularly in the brain, abdomen, and legs, and can also lead to a low platelet count (thrombocytopenia).
According to the NHS, the symptoms of VITT can include severe headache, blurred vision, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, leg swelling, and easy bruising or petechiae (small red or purple spots on the skin). Treatment for VITT typically involves anticoagulant therapy and may require hospitalization.
Government Unresponsive: Silence Persists
The BBC reports that despite his two-year effort to get the Government, MPs, and three prime ministers to address Lisa’s case, Mr. Eve said that there has been no response. As a result, he resorted to legal action against AstraZeneca. He said the lawsuit is not about being ‘anti-vax’, but rather for those who have lost loved ones and have been made to feel ashamed of it. Moreover, Mr. Eve himself is vaccinated.’
It’s not about Covid, it’s not about how many lives the Covid vaccination has saved, it’s about what this vaccination has done to Lisa and other families,’ he told the BBC.
In the meantime, it is worth investigating why both the government and AstraZeneca chose not to address the concerns of a man who had lost his wife to the vaccine they had authorised.
As we were going to press, the Daily Sceptic reported on a new group of doctors and health professionals who have sent a report on Covid vaccine safety to every Member of Parliament. They call for suspension of the drugs. The group is named after the ancient Greek hero Perseus, who according to mythology slew the Gorgon Medusa, a fearsome monster with snakes instead of hair. Let us pray they can live up to the name. We too, when we pray, need to be aware of the monster are up against:
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Nearly 75 claimants
In November, attorneys handling the case sent pre-action protocol letters to AstraZeneca on behalf of nearly 75 claimants. Several of these individuals alleged that they had lost relatives or suffered injuries as a result of receiving the vaccine.
The claimants are pursuing legal action under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and are seeking compensation under the government’s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.
Solicitor Peter Todd from Scott-Moncrieff and Associates, which is acting for the claimants, said damages were being pursued on the basis that the vaccine was a ‘defective product in that it was not as safe as consumers generally were reasonably entitled to expect’.
Robust clinical trials?
In September 2020, the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine received approval, with authorities asserting that it had undergone rigorous clinical trials in the UK. It was thought that the makers of the vaccine, the first to obtain authorisation for use in the UK, would take responsibility for any errors or at least address inquiries regarding its adverse effects. Instead, any problems were covered up.
The government procured 100 million doses for its vaccination campaign and dispensed it in clinics throughout the country alongside the Pfizer vaccine. Further, the Department for Health and Social Care spokesperson asserted that the vaccines were ‘the most effective means of preventing the disease’ but admitted that in exceedingly rare instances, individuals who received the vaccine suffered severe disability or death.
They added: ‘More than 144 million Covid vaccines have been given in England, which has helped the country to live with Covid and saved thousands of lives.
‘All vaccines being used in the UK have undergone robust clinical trials and have met the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA’s) strict standards of safety, effectiveness, and quality.’ Meanwhile, there were also reports of these vaccines triggering blood clots.
In truth, the vast majority of people would have been better relying on their God-given immune system:
Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
In reality, of course, our immune system makes pharmaceutical companies no money.
Are pharmaceutical industry insiders independent?
The revelation of the financial interests of MHRA board members in vaccine manufacturers has raised questions about conflicts of interest. In October 2020, when AstraZeneca was being rolled out, a webpage of ‘Board members’ financial interests’ revealed that several board members held shares in vaccine manufacturers.

For instance, chairman Stephen Lightfoot was at that time a shareholder in Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) Sir Patrick Vallance held £600,000 worth of shares in the same GSK while he was advising the the Government as their Chief Scientific Adviser. MHRA board members Amanda Calvert and Anne-Toni Rodgers were shareholders of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Ms Rodgers has since left, but Amanda Calvert is still on the MHRA, with her AstraZeneca shareholdings, as the current Declaration of Interests confirms. The Bible says:
Exod 23:8 And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.
That word says it is impossible for board members to make objective decisions when they have financial interests in the companies they are regulating. It cannot be enough to declare them and claim transparency of the MHRA. We say pharma insiders should not be on the MHRA at all.
Counting the cost of lives lost
Previously, when this news story first emerged, several newspapers, including the Telegraph, reported on it. However, it was unexpected to see that the Telegraph had closed its comment section after only a few comments had been made. This raises the question of why this topic is being treated as if it should be kept secret and not discussed openly.
Meanwhile, Gareth Eve has stated that ‘too many people’ who have suffered illnesses or bereavement related to the vaccine feel as if their situation is ‘a dirty secret.’ He emphasized that this is not about COVID-19 or the number of lives saved by the vaccine, but rather about the harm caused by the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine to Lisa and other families. He added that this issue should not be viewed in terms of the vaccine’s effectiveness.
In a statement, a spokesperson for AstraZeneca said: ‘We are unable to comment on ongoing legal matters. Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines. Our sympathy goes out to anyone who has reported health problems.’
It has never been true. Their highest priority is profits. Their products were never properly licensed before release. The politicians, the regulators and manufacturers mixed in the same circles. The Bible says:
Isa 1:23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
We issued warnings

Several articles on our website highlighted the potential lethality of this vaccine and its impact on the human immune system, but unfortunately, they have largely been ignored.
Recently, a Member of Parliament made a statement to his fellow MPs, asserting that a prominent figure within the British Heart Foundation is concealing evidence that suggests Covid vaccines can cause damage to the heart.
On December 14th, 2022, Andrew Bridgen urged for an immediate halt to all Covid vaccinations. He cited clear and compelling data that showed the significant risks outweighed any potential benefits.
Even Norway admitted vaccine fatalities, while India, and Australia, reported problems with it. According to a report by Bloomberg on January 16th, 2021, the number of elderly people with serious underlying health conditions who have died after receiving the Pfizer vaccine was estimated at 29.
Furthermore, Lars Erick Taraldsen said: ‘The latest figure adds six to the number of known fatalities in Norway, and lowers the age group thought to be affected to 75 from 80. While it’s unclear exactly when the deaths occurred, Norway has given at least one dose to about 42,000 people and focused on those considered most at risk if they contract the virus, including the elderly.’
Despite numerous warnings, the government has chosen neither to cease the vaccination program nor provide a transparent explanation for its implementation. Why have those at scant risk from Covid been pressed to have Covid vaccines? The lack of transparency and clarity on the part of the authorities has added to the confusion and mistrust surrounding the program, and has reflected badly on vaccines in general.
As the situation unfolds, it is important for the government to take a proactive and transparent approach to regain the trust of the people and to ensure the safety and well-being of the population.

The royal formal invitation to the coronation features the pagan 'Green Man' symbol at its base.
Westminster Abbey will host the coronation of king Charles in just over two weeks time.
The Coronation of King Charles on 6th May 2023 is in disarray, Christian Voice has learned. Lambeth Palace, home and office of the Archbishop of Canterbury, and Buckingham Palace are in dispute over the inclusion of other faiths. The row is the reason why, just over two weeks from the event, the order of service has not yet been published.
The king wants a selection of other faith leaders involved, chiefly a Muslim imam or two. The Archbishop is insisting that the coronation is a Christian service governed by the rules of the established church.
AnglicanInk reports: ‘Charles famously declared his wish to be “Defender of Faith” rather than simply “Defender of the Faith” nearly thirty years ago. It is expected that the Coronation will be more religiously and culturally diverse than the late Queen’s 1953 service. However, Church leaders are reportedly resisting a more active role for other faith leaders given that the event is Anglican in nature and a constitutional affair.’
Furthermore: ‘Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell have both stated that the Coronation “at its centre is a Christian service… rooted in long-standing tradition and Christian symbolism.” Archbishop Welby is reportedly giving the King “religious guidance” on the significance of his oath, the commitments he will make to his subjects, and the Christian symbolism of the regalia.’ All of that proclaims:
Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
If the king himself wants that blessing upon his nation he will not taint his coronation by including in it those who assert the supremacy of a pagan deity and/or deny the divinity of the King of kings.
Whose decision is it?

It is the Archbishop who is responsible for the Order of Service. Westminster Abbey is a “royal peculiar” because it is under the jurisdiction of the British monarch and not the Church of England. Nevertheless, it remains an Anglican church, with a Church of England dean in charge.
The Abbey is subject to the canon laws of the Church of England. Canon law bars Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, and other faith leaders from reading prayers during the service. In that regard canon law follows the prophecy of Isaiah:
Isa 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. (‘The Lord’ is the KJV translation of the actual name of God: YHWH)
Apparently, a meeting was held at Lambeth Palace last month. Reports said ‘The drafting of the order of service was conducted with “scrupulous regard” for the opinions of Anglican clergy’, whatever that means.
The aim was to publish the Order of Service “before Easter, with suitable guidance for the clergy.” What does that mean? Statements were issued by Lambeth Palace on behalf of the Archbishop of Canterbury and Buckingham Palace, saying that “Details about the Coronation service will be released in due course.”
Shambles
But the delay is beginning to look embarrassing. the Bible says:
1Cor 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order.
Officials published the order of service for the coronation of HLM Queen Elizabeth II, which was held on 3rd June 1953, almost four months in advance, in February of that year.
Staging going up opposite Westminster Abbey so a select few may watch the coronation procession. But where is the Order of Service?
Here we are, barely two weeks away from a national event of huge significance, and the king’s determination to be inclusive and identitarian has put a massive spanner in the works.
Right now, scaffolders are erecting staging outside Westminster Abbey so people, presumably a select few, can have a view of the king’s procession. Yet he cannot humble himself to agree how the service itself will be constructed.
On a separate note, the Daily Telegraph reports how the red and ermine robes of the nobility coupled with coronets denoting their rank made the late queen’s coronation such a spectacle. However, they have been forbidden to wear them this time around. Only a handful have been invited in any case. They are expected to turn up in lounge suits.
His majesty, whether advised by his ministers or not, appears to be developing the knack of offending everyone at once. There appears not to be an applecart which should not be upset, contrary to scripture, which urges respect for the past:
Prov 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
Communion service
As the Palace website goes so far as to say: ‘The Coronation is a solemn religious service, as well as an occasion for celebration and pageantry.’ Why did the Palace put ‘religious’ rather than‘Christian’?
Westminster Abbey tells it as it is: ‘The order of service is a reminder that coronations take place within a Communion service or Eucharist. The monarch is crowned in the name of God, surrounded by prayer, and the first thing that the newly-crowned monarch does is receive Holy Communion as a sign of his dependency on God.’

The ceremony is built on scripture. The anointing follows Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anointing Solomon, as George Handel’s great anthem, ‘Zadok the Priest’, proclaims:
1Kings 1:39 And Zadok the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And they blew the trumpet; and all the people said, God save king Solomon.
The covenant between God, the Archbishop, the king and the people is based on Jehoiada’s consecration of Joash (the whole dramatic chapter is worth a read.)
2Kings 11:17 And Jehoiada (the high priest) made a covenant between the LORD and the king and the people, that they should be the LORD’S people; between the king also and the people. (cf 2Chron 23:16)
Does the king understand his role?
We have raised before the question of whether the king even understands his role is to serve the people, as the Bible directs:
1Kings 12:7 And they spake unto him (Rehoboam), saying, If thou wilt be a servant unto this people this day, and wilt serve them, and answer them, and speak good words to them, then they will be thy servants for ever.
We reveal in the first of those articles that His Majesty seems more keen on being a servant to Klaus Schwab and the elites of the World Economic Forum. He appears in his book ‘Harmony’ to make a goddess out of ‘Nature’, which word he always spells with a capital ‘N’.

He fails to stand up for his people against the paganism of the Net Zero fanatics. On top of that, As the Royal website itself displays, the formal invitations to the Coronation prominently feature, almost as a foundation, the mythical ‘Green Man’, the pagan representation of fertility. Away from the historic coats of arms, in the design itself there is not a cross in sight.
Historic UK reports how stonemasons used to sneak in a representation of the ‘green man’ on ancient churches: ‘Pre-Christian pagan traditions and superstitions, particularly those related to nature and tree worship, were still influential in the early Middle Ages.’
A writer on Wikipedia is even more explicit: ‘For many modern pagans, the Green Man is used as a symbol of seasonal renewal and ecological awareness. In Wicca, the Green Man has often been used as a representation of the Horned God, a syncretic deity that incorporates aspects of, among others, the Celtic Cernunnos and the Greek Pan.’
Pray!
The row over the order of service is revealing a lot of rather uncomfortable views held by king Charles. It is our prophetic duty to call on him to repent. As scripture says:
Prov 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
In the face of all this, we must fall to our knees in prayer for him, as scripture commands:
1Tim 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Sir David Attenborough at Davos telling Prince William the and delegates the world is doomed.

Sadly, it appears that King Charles is not the only climate fanatic in the Royal Family. His elder son, Prince William, was in Boston USA in early December 2022 for a glittering ceremony awarding the latest ‘Earthshot Prize’. What is that and how does it fit in to royal climate alarmism?
We know Prince William has set up – or at least become the figurehead of – the ‘Earthshot Prize’.
On his royalfoundation.com website, someone speaking for the Prince writes: ‘The Prize will incentivise change and help to repair our planet over the next ten years – a critical decade for the Earth.’
What (it’s tempting to say ‘what on earth’) does the Prince even mean by ‘Repair our Planet’? He uses the expression all the time, as do the commentators. For example: ‘Prince William and Sir David Attenborough Join Forces to Repair the Planet by 2030 With £50 Million Prize.’ An allied expression, and the subject of one of the five prizes, is ‘Fix the Climate’. But the Prince never actually defines or explains what needs ‘repairing’ or ‘fixing’ by 2030. Maybe the earth’s clutch is wearing out? Or something needs welding? Who knows? Or is it, a cynical thought maybe, just a catchy slogan, a ‘thing of nought’?
Jer 14:14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
STOVES BRING HEALTH BENEFIT
The 2022 Earthshot Prize, as 2021, had five categories. ‘Protect and Restore Nature, Clean our Air, Revive our Oceans, Build a Waste-free World and Fix our Climate.’ 2021 winners HERE.
The winners (2022 winners HERE) received £1million in prize money each. (Five £1m prizes times ten years equals £50million.) The Prince has clearly leveraged significant backing for the project. Why, we can ask the Lord in prayer, do such vanities attract so much money? Perhaps we need to read Psalm 73 again.

But that is not to detract from the enterprise of at least some of the winners. For example, under ‘Clean our Air’, Mukuru Clean Stoves from Kenya won this year with a project aimed at building a simple ‘Jiko’, as a charcoal-burning cooking stove is called in Swahili.
Containing what is in effect a barbecue built from scrap sheet steel with a grid on which to put the pot instead of resting a pot on three stones over an open fire is much more efficient, generates less fumes, which is important when cooking is done indoors, is safer for children and naturally, burns less fuel.
The company is also marketing a blend of charcoal, wood and sugercane as a cleaner, more efficient and healthier fuel.
A Mukuru Clean Stove in a dwelling,
Managing Director and visionary Charlot Magayi marketed the benefits as emitting less CO2, and even squeezed ‘repair our planet’ into her Earthshot pitch. But let us take nothing away from Charlot and Mukuru. Cooking in a pot over a fire of some sort is how food is generally prepared in rural areas of Africa. The money will enable this gifted young woman to roll out her social enterprise to benefit more people and even expand across the continent, saving fuel, money and lives.
Prov 18:16 A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.
WWF and WEF connections

However, another winner was a man in Oman who wants to trap carbon dioxide in caves. Carbon Dioxide is vital food for plants. The project looks both pointless and vain. But it is the philosophy behind Earthshot, with its pagan mother-earth overtones and its association with godless elites which is a challenge to the Kingdom of God and which we need to examine.
Firstly is the role played by Sir David Attenborough in the Netflix walrus deception in the 2019 ‘Our Planet’ series produced for WorldWide Fund for Nature (WWF) by Silverback Films. In her fascinating book Fallen Icon, arctic expert Dr Susan Crockford exposed this scandal and Sir David’s part in it in meticulous detail. It is worth buying.
On the matter of the Earthshot Prize, Dr Crockford explained some of what went on behind the scenes: ‘Just days after the release of ‘A Life on Our Planet’, (in October 2020) … Attenborough teamed up with fellow World Economic Forum supporter Prince William to announce a new “environmental” endeavour: the Earthshot Prize.

It was later explained that the five winners of £1 million each, to be announced on 17th October 2021 in London, would be decided by an extremely elite council that included Attenborough, Prince William and the head of the International Panel on Climate Change.’ (Fallen Icon p137)
In his staged interview at Davos with Prince William in January 2019, Sir David disclosed the value of propaganda: ‘My next series – Our Planet – will go instantly to hundreds of millions of people in almost every country on Earth via Netflix. If people can truly understand what is at stake, I believe they will give permission to business and governments to get on with the practical solutions’.
In this context, the Earthshot Prize is merely a glittery part of the message to secure the ‘permission’ the WEF needs for the Great Reset. And that was launched, if we remember, in early 2020 by King, then Prince, Charles.
There was also a five-part TV series produced by the BBC and Silverback Films released in October 2021. This ‘climate crisis’ series was called ‘The Earthshot Prize: Repairing our Planet’. Dr Crockford discloses that a companion book to the film series was also released in the UK and Europe on 30th September 2021 and a week later in the US. It was entitled, ‘Earthshot: How to Save Our Planet’.
A note on the two authors says: ‘Colin Butfield is co-founder of Studio Silverback, Executive Producer of the WWF’s Our Planet project and an advisor for the Earthshot Prize. Jonnie Hughes is an award-winning natural history TV producer, co-founder of Studio Silverback, and bestselling author and co-writer of Sir David Attenborough’s A Life on Our Planet.’ The money-spinning WWF had to be there somewhere.
It should come as no surprise that Dr Crockford reports ‘Silverback Films and WWF now have a formal business relationship to produce documentary films with a conservation message.’ Expect, she says: ‘a continued onslaught of high-definition WWF propaganda, which could contain statements from Attenborough until he is no longer able to appear on camera.’
DEALING WITH WASTE
Going back to the five prizes, and in the context of stewardship, we can agree that air should be clean. God is also against waste. Both the prophet in pronouncing judgment and our Lord telling a parable assume waste is a bad thing:
Joel 1:10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
Luke 15:13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
But there is a measure of vainglory in ‘Protect and Restore Nature’, ‘Revive our Oceans’, and ‘Fix our Climate.’ The Prince assumes all need doing and all are doable. Both assumptions can be challenged in all three areas.
Great Barrier Reef
For instance, there were scare programmes on TV about supposed irreversible damage to the Great Barrier Reef off Australia. But the latest data shows the coral on the reef is growing back fast. People like the new Prince of Wales and the new King ignore cyclical variations. We read:
Gen 2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
The man was not to become obsessed with the garden or make a goddess out of it. Furthermore, the elite are so cocooned in their world and cushioned by the people they mix with that they have little idea that ordinary people need to earn a living and that a woodland might need to be cleared to grow crops, raise livestock, quarry minerals or build a factory.
That is not to defend wholesale clearance of the Amazon for inefficient cattle ranching. But it is to say things might not be quite so black-and-white as they seem and there may be more resilience in nature than some notable princes believe.
NET ZERO ‘ILLOGICAL’
The push for Net Zero is also ‘illogical’ according to Nick MacLeod writing in Daily Sceptic in December 2022. Using basic mathematics, Dr MacLeod showed how a series of connected statements must all be correct for Net Zero policy to be valid:
‘Start from a small number of statements that make up the Net Zero commitment.
‘1 The Earth must actually be warming.
‘2 The warming must pose a genuine and serious threat to life on Earth.
‘3 The warming must be man-made. Specifically, it must be caused by excess carbon dioxide in the atmosphere arising from human activity.
‘4 The U.K.’s Net Zero policy must bring about a meaningful global reduction of atmospheric carbon. That is, it must either make a significant reduction in its own right, or it must set an example that persuades other countries to reduce their own carbon emissions, to a degree sufficient to stop the warming.’
‘For UK Net Zero to be effective, statements 1-4 must all be correct. If any one of them is false, the policy will fail, either because it doesn’t lead to sufficient carbon reduction, or because the policy wasn’t necessary in the first place.’
Even if they are all 75% true, the policy will only be 32% effective. If they are all 50/50, that figure drops to 6% (½ x ½ x ½ x ½ = 1/16).
WISE STEWARDSHIP
The Christian concept of wise stewardship is built on the Gen 2:15 verse above and what the Lord God said earlier to Adam:
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
We read this in conjunction with Psalm 24:
Psa 24:1 A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Man is not to deify God’s creation, but to dress and keep it, to subdue it and have dominion over it. That may be a hard act to get right, but with wisdom from on high, humility and understanding, it must be do-able.
CREATION GROANETH
Although the Almighty has said he will never again send a worldwide flood, the Apostle Peter gives a warning that much as men might want to protect the earth, it is not here for ever:
2Pet 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
Moreover, as a consequence of the fall, we cannot expect some halcyon state:
Rom 8:22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
CLIMATE ANXIETY
Prince William interviewed by the BBC’s Adam Fleming
Recently, Prince William told the BBC’s Adam Fleming in an interview in October 2021 that there was ‘a rise in climate anxiety’ among young people whose ‘futures are basically threatened the whole time’.
‘It’s very unnerving and it’s very, you know, anxiety making,’ he said. It is true, there is a Thunberg-inspired young generation which now believes we are all doomed. Some are refusing to have children because of the ‘anxiety’. But William and his father are helping to stoke it up.
The Duke added‘it would be an absolute disaster if [Prince] George is sat here talking’ about saving the planet in 30 year’s time. It would indeed, but for a very different reason from that the Prince imagines. In October 2022, William sent a video to the Earthshot Summit in New York. He expected to attend, but the death of Her Majesty prevented that.

In his video he said: ‘Protecting the environment was a cause close to my grandmother’s heart, and I know she would have been delighted to hear about this event and the support you are all giving our Earthshot Finalists—the next generation of environmental pioneers.’
In his stead, the Prince asked the darling of the WEF, the then New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, to speak. She too began by reflecting on the late British monarch. “She is someone who was focused, committed, and demonstrated what could be achieved when you show fortitude and longevity,” Ms Ardern said of Elizabeth II. “We need all those same characteristics to take on the environmental challenges ahead of us.”
ROYAL IRRITATION

Was her late majesty a climate cheerleader? Well, in October 2021, the Queen opened the Senedd in Cardiff. In conversation with the Duchess of Cornwall and Elin Jones, the presiding officer, Sky reported that she spoke about the Glasgow COP26 Summit saying ‘it’s really irritating when they talk but they don’t do’.
According to the BBC, In her broadcast address to the Glasgow gathering, the Queen recalled how the ‘impact of the environment on human progress was a subject close to the heart’ of the late Duke of Edinburgh. Her Late Majesty said: ‘It is a source of great pride to me that the leading role my husband played in encouraging people to protect our fragile planet, lives on through the work of our eldest son Charles and his eldest son William. I could not be more proud of them.’
But is the ‘planet’ really as‘fragile’ as HLM assumed? Are David Attenborough and Prince William sitting solidly on science when they stir up anxiety among the young?
Bear in mind that all the predictions made by politicians and journalists about climate change are based on climate computer programmes vainly trying to model a chaotic dimly-understood system swirling around the earth. Bear in mind also that CO2 is not a poison; it provides food for the plants upon which all life eventually depends:
Psalm 104:14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
Bear in mind also the deep misanthropy of figures like Sir David, the neo-fascist command and control agenda of the WEF with which all the major actors named above are involved and remember this promise of God:
Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
We should always remember that the earth was created by God to be resilient. The Bible says:
Psalm 93:1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
PRAY!
PRAY: Thank God for human enterprise. Praise him that we are made in his image to be creative. Thank him for for giving Charlot Magayi such a gift of vision and enterprise and for bringing her before great men. But pray against the elitism of those same great men and pray they will seek the prosperity of the people rather than that of ‘the planet’.

What specific measures does he have in mind for these lofty but nebulous ambitions? Explain that climate change is a spiritual issue. Net Zero, with its forced electric cars, banning gas central heating, compulsory heat pumps, assaults on food security, demonising of fossil fuels leading to expensive unreliable energy is based on elitism and paganism, not on the word of God in the Bible:
Prov 14:12 (cf Prov 16:25) There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
Moreover, the Net Zero agenda is fully set to impoverish both his father’s subjects and emerging economies in the developing world. Is that the role of leaders? The Bible says:
Micah 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Luke 10:27 … Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Pray for William and his father to put their faith in the Lord Jesus as King of kings.

Stephen Green on 6th February 2023 outside Marie Stopes abortion facility in Mattock Lane, Ealing.
The Council have sent Stephen Green a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN). It demands £100. The Notice came with a covering letter from Paul Murphy, ‘Safer Communities Operations Manager’. Mr Murphy’s letter was dated 9th March 2023. The FPN, dated 2nd March, contains the threat of court action in the event that the sum of £100 remains unpaid after fourteen days.
The FPN was issued by Mr Jess Murray, ‘Assistant Director for Safer Communities and Resident Services, Ealing Council.’ Although it says it was ‘given in person to Mr Stephen Green’, it was actually sent recorded delivery (or ‘signed for’).
Mr Murray says: ‘I have reason to believe that you have committed an offence.’ He goes on: ‘Details of the alleged offence are contained in this notice. This notice offers you the opportunity of discharging any liability to conviction for that offence by payment of a fixed penalty.’ Mr Murray says that if the £100 is paid within fourteen days, ‘you will not be liable to conviction’. Then comes the threat: ‘If you fail to pay the fixed penalty within that period, legal proceedings for the offence may be commenced against you.’.
Circumstance and Notes
Ealing’s Fixed Penalty Notice
The notice then gives what it calls ‘Circumstances alleged to constitute the offence’:
‘On Monday 6th February 2023, outside MSI Reproductive Choices Clinic (sic), 87 Mattock Lane, Ealing, London W5 5BJ, which is within the Safe Zone as defined in the Public Spaces Protection Order (Mattock Lane Safe Zone) 2018, you did something you were prohibited from doing in a Public Spaces Protection Order, namely 1) protested (i.e. engaged in an act of disapproval) with respect to issues related to abortion services, and (2) displayed text related directly or in directly to the termination of pregnancy.’
There follow some ‘contemporaneous notes’:
‘Further information on the offence are (sic) detailed within the witness statement of Mr Connor DULEA and PC Erhan MUSTAFA, as well as within the CCTV footage from London Borough of Ealing public safety CCTV, Metropolitan Police CCTV and an array of evidence provided by the Defendant and others on social media.’

The reference above to ‘displayed text’ refers to a scripture on the placard ‘the Defendant’ was holding in front of the clinic. It said: Psalm 139:13: For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
Stephen Green said today: ‘I have no intention of paying Ealing’s FPN, either within fourteen days or at all. It will be up to them to decide whether to carry out their threat of ‘legal proceedings’. If they do, they will have to explain to the court what a Bible verse using pre-natal human development to illustrate the closeness of God has to do with ‘the termination of pregnancy’. (And what a shocking expression that is.)
In his ‘Treasury of David’ Charles Hadden Spurgeon explains verse 13 of this great psalm. The Almighty one is ‘the acknowledged lord and possessor of my most secret self’. CH Spurgeon goes on: ‘Thus the Psalmist describes the intimacy which God had with him. In his most secret part—his reins, and in his most secret condition—yet unborn, he was under the control and guardianship of God.’ (Worth reading in full.)
A key take-away may be that 3,000 years ago, a shepherd-boy and musician who became a king knew quite accurately how, by the grace of God, he had grown in his mother’s womb. Moreover, each of us started that way, and each of us was known by God in that place. If God knows that much about each one of us, then each one of us has a God-given role to play in his kingdom.
Christian Witness
The witness outside the Marie Stopes facility was not an act of disapproval of abortion. It was an act of disapproval of buffer zones, timed to take place as the matter of nation-wide buffer zones was being debated in Parliament.
Of course Christian Voice, along with every Christian washed in the blood of the Lord Jesus, disapproves of abortion. The legalisation of the shedding of innocent blood is one of the United Kingdom’s defining sins. The Lord said to Cain, after he had slain his brother Abel:
Gen 4:10 … What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.
However, the activity in Ealing and the other four days of February’s Buffer Zone Challenge was to do with Christian witness and our freedom to preach the word. In May of this year King Charles will be anointed and crowned king of his realms and territories. He will be presented with the Great Bible, the King James Version held in Westminster Abbey. Are we saying there are verses from that Bible His Majesty may not quote in a part of his kingdom?
Neh 6:11 And I said, Should such a man as I flee? and who is there, that, being as I am, would go into the temple to save his life? I will not go in.
Acts 4:20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
Acts 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Thank God for this opportunity to stand against Ealing Council and the rest of what is now becoming a pro-abortion British establishment.
The Public Order Bill, containing the establishment of buffer zones outside abortion premises all over England and Wales, is set to become law. The Bill was debated in the House of Commons last week and in the House of Lords again only yesterday. The two Houses are now set to agree and the Bill will pass, receive Royal Assent and become an Act of Parliament.
Pray for national repentance. The UK law forbids pro-life activists offering a women a better way. It protects the market of those who shed innocent blood. There will be pressure for a similar law everywhere abortion is legalised.
The legalisation of abortion will now carry with it everywhere a similar assault on freedom of Christian speech. Pray for those countries in the world where abortion is still illegal to stand firm. Pray for the Lord to raise up a vibrant Christian witness in every land.

The Government have launched a Consultation on Digital Identity. The deadline to respond is Wednesday 1st March 2023. They want to bring under one digital roof all our identity details at present held by different departments.
They are presenting this move as benign. However, the government departments holding our personal data will also include county councils and outside organisations working for public authorities. What could possibly go wrong?
‘Data sharing’ could begin in December 2023. But before we look at how to respond, what does the Bible say about personal data, privacy, truthfulness and the role of government?
Biblically, Government is there to maintain peace and security according to God’s laws and to promote prosperity. It is there to serve the people, not the elite, according to our Lord’s own command. Whether those in power recognise they are there to improve the lives of the people of the UK is a moot point. But Christian Voice – and you – are here to tell them. You can read more on this subject in our previous articles (on a desktop or laptop they all open automatically in a new tab, for a mobile you may have to hold and hover):
On top of all that, government is not to lie, ‘spin’ or ‘nudge’: Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. … 23:1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
Furthermore, the individual is a created being, made in the image of God: Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
The Psalmist speaks of liberty as a good thing to have: Psalm 119:45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
As does the Apostle Paul: 2Cor 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
God’s Social Institutions
Indeed the individual created in Gen 1:27 is God’s first social institution. He or she is followed in Gen 2:24 by the family, in Gen 4:26 by the church (or organised worship), and then in Gen 9 by the nation state with the functions given above.
We read of king David’s attempt to gather personal information about his people in two places in Scripture:
2Sam 24:1 And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.
1Chron 21:1 And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.
There appears to be room there to discuss whether God moved David or permitted Satan to provoke David. Suffice to say it was a bad thing to do and brought judgment on the people of Israel.
The Consultation
The Consultation itself is HERE. We note firstly the short consultation period. It started in January 2023 and ends on 1st March 2023 at midnight (we assume). There has been no debate, no discussion. You may not even have heard of it had we not told you.
The Government Minister, Alex Burghart MP, Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office, presents his proposal as more convenient and thoroughly beneficial to us the people. But could it be rather more beneficial to government to have all the information they hold about us in one place?
The drive for centralised ID may tie in to the call from Tony Blair and William Hague for a digital ID card, reported HERE by the Institution of Science & Technology. But what does Mr Blair even mean by ‘People already live their lives digitally’? OK, even some of us who still pay cash may have digital gadgets, a mobile phone, a laptop, even a ‘smart speaker’. So what? Not even Tony Blair will be eating his steak or drinking his fine wine ‘digitally’.
Scope for hacks, leaks and malice
Scroll down in the Consultation to (or do a Ctrl-F search for) ‘Annex 4’ to find the list of departments who will share data. Many of us will know about logging in to the HMRC, but anything you ever said to the Home Office or the Land Registry will be brought together and shared with county, district, community or London borough councils, with the Welsh and Scottish Governments, the Cabinet Office and ‘An organisation (for Scotland and Wales ‘a person’) providing services to a specified public authority’. Who are these? They are not even named. Altogether, quite apart from all the councils and outside organisations and ‘person’s, no fewer than seventeen government departments are listed. The scope for hacking, errors and leaks of people’s data is enormous. And that is even if you, dear reader, trust them not to abuse your data in the first place.
We raise this because the departments also include the Ministry of Defence. It was their 77th Brigade which spied on lockdown sceptics during ‘the pandemic’, seeking out those who told the truth (aka ‘spread misinformation’) on social media. Also involved in that exercise was the Counter Disinformation Unit of the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. See Big Brother Watch HERE. The DfDCM&S is one of the seventeen and will also share the information it holds on us with the rest of the government machine.
We may think it too much of a stretch to imagine a government department withholding services or benefits (however you define those) from those holding the wrong opinions. But that is what they thought in Canada. There, as even the BBC reported, the government told banks to freeze the accounts of anti-lockdown protesters. So there is scope for reprisals against those who do not toe the official line.
(P.S. Couldn’t happen here? In May 2025, a tweet about anti-Semitism landed a pensioner in a police cell. Coppers from Kent Police turned up at his house in Gillingham and handcuffed him. Bodycam footage from the raid reveals one expressing alarm at ‘very Brexity things’ on his bookshelf. They carted Julian Foulkes off to a police cell, held him for eight hours and interrogated him on suspicion of sending a ‘malicious communication’. The affair illustrates perfectly the kind of anti-establishment materials the authorities can view as suspicious.)

You might wish to respond to the questions in the following manner. Answer how your feel led, but note how almost every question assumes the outcome. You are led by the questions to go along with the idea that this is all benign and uncontroversial. You will note that every question asks you to give a reason for your response. One veteran of answering government questionnaires suggests you use this as an opportunity:
He says: ‘The trick is to add comments to the “please give the reason for your answer” box; EVERY comment should start with “I strongly disagree with the introduction of combined digital identity verification as it infringes every person’s right to privacy and freedom; the data to be shared will be exposed to hacking, abuse and errors which will negatively impact our daily lives and ability to be free individuals; ………………….” (the specific justification for each answer is then added to the end). When the standard text has been typed once, it can be copied and pasted with the final relevant bit for each question added at the end of it.’
(P.P.S. Sept 2025: The proposal was shelved. An earlier attempt in 2006 actually resulted in an act of parliament which was later repealed.)
PRAY: Pray the Lord will raise up a good response from those who will speak truth to those in power. Pray for freedom under God to win through. Pray for the fear of God, for humility and wisdom for those who lead us. Or pray the Lord will replace them with men after his own heart.

‘Together in Love and Faith’ is a pro-gay booklet by Rt Rev Steven Croft, Anglican Bishop of Oxford. The Oxford Diocese sees it as supporting the pro-gay ‘Living in Love and Faith’ project which is currently tearing the Church of England apart, as David Virtue reports here.
Here, I dissect ‘Together in Love and Faith’ and discover it is as intellectually lightweight as every other bit of ‘gay theology’.
But firstly, I’ll just remind you the House of Commons debated a proposal from the Church of England bishops for ‘gay blessings’ in a debate on 24th January 2023.
House of Commons berates bishops
The homosexual MP Ben Bradshaw (Exeter) (Lab) asked ‘the Second Church Estates Commissioner if he will make a statement on the outcome of the meeting of Church of England bishops on equal marriage in the Church of England.’ HANSARD is HERE. And here is this message in VIDEO:
Firstly, Mr Bradshaw used the expression ‘equal marriage’. ‘Gay-marriage’ will never be ‘equal’ to God’s divine institution. It isn’t even ‘equal’ in civil law, because homosexuals have no way to consummate their ‘gay-marriage’. To file for divorce, they can only commit adultery with a member of the opposite sex. ‘Equal marriage’ is not just a fiction, it is laughable.
All the same, the ‘Second Church Estates Commissioner’, Andrew Selous MP, responded thus:
‘Last Friday, the bishops of the Church of England published a pastoral letter and draft resources that will enable same-sex couples to come to a Church of England church to give thanks for their civil marriage or civil partnership, and to have a service in which there would be prayers of dedication, thanksgiving and blessing for the couple. The bishops also apologised for the rejection, exclusion and hostility that LGBTQI+ people have faced in some of our churches. The bishops are united in condemning homophobia, and urged churches to welcome same-sex couples “unreservedly and joyfully”. I am pleased to speak for a Church that has the humility to apologise and admit when it has behaved badly.’
Our Lord endorsed creation account
However, if the Church of England has ‘behaved badly’ it is by not meeting homosexuals at their actual point of need and offering healing and deliverance. Rather, for Mr Selous, objecting to ‘gay blessings’ is a failure ‘to go forward’.
During the debate, if we can call one-way traffic a ‘debate’, Sir Chris Bryant MP asked ‘Did Jesus say a single word about same-sex relationships or marriage?’ This writer was not aware the Rt Hon Member for Rhondda had a theological bent, but we should observe that the answer, not that any MP ventured it, is ‘Yes, our Lord did speak about human sexuality and marriage.’ He endorsed creation and God’s holy institution both in Mark chapter 10 and here in the Gospel of Matthew:
Matt 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
Furthermore, as an MP might have said, but didn’t, becoming ‘one flesh’, in the full spiritual and emotional sense, of which sexual intercourse is the physical expression, is something a pair of gays or two lesbians can never do. It’s because they lack between them the essential God-given complementary bodily equipment. That, by the way, is why they can never consummate a ‘gay-marriage’. It is also why ‘adultery’ must involve two people of opposite sexes.
Bishop’s offering has no science
A Christian Voice member very kindly and without any prompting (thank you, sir) sent this writer a copy of Together in Love and Faith. It was written in late 2022 by the Bishop of Oxford, the Rt Rev Steven Croft. It argues for full gay marriage in church. There are 49 pages of it, with some reference to scripture in pages 25 – 34.
The Bishop concedes in his offering that some New Testament texts ’lie at the foundation of the Church’s prohibitions against same-sex activity’. Nevertheless, the Bishop says their number ’is not large’. Furthermore, ’none of them is an extensive, intentional treatment of the subject’. He completely ignores Matthew 19 and Mark 10 as if they do not exist. Of course he does. Our Lord’s words embarrass him.
In his epistle to the church in Rome, the Apostle Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, wrote:
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
The bishop dismisses Roman 1:26-27 by saying ‘our science and knowledge of sexual identity and orientation has moved on’. He actually means fashions and his personal prejudices, because there is not one single reference in his ‘Endnotes’ to the scientific literature on homosexuality. Steven Croft has not studied it at all, let alone in the length this writer did in his book The Sexual Dead-End.
Bishop Croft believes the Biblical witness against homosexuality is really only contained in these two verses of Leviticus:
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
So is God happy with bestiality, Bishop?
However, after quoting them, or at least the first, he sneers: ‘How many other commandments and regulations in Leviticus does the church keep and teach today?’
Well, we note the tables of affinity from Lev 18 and 20, forbidding marriage between close relatives, are still observed in the church. We also hope it would both keep and teach these commandments against adultery, child sacrifice and bestiality, which, coincidentally, we find either side of the injunction against sodomy in Lev 18:22:
Lev 18:20 Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour’s wife, to defile thyself with her.
Lev 18:21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
Lev 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
Furthermore, upon this verse in Leviticus stands Christian redemptive theology:
Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
Ceremonial Law abrogated
A more considered look at the book of Leviticus sees that apart from that verse and chapters 18 and 20, which are of universal application, the clue to the purpose of the rest of the book of Leviticus lies in the name. It carries instructions for the ceremonial temple duties of the tribe of Levi.
Bishop Croft does not seem to know that the ministry of the Lord Jesus abrogated the ceremonial laws of Leviticus. He even quotes in full a moment in a drama called The West Wing, where one of the characters quotes a version of the ‘Dr Laura’ questions doing the rounds at the time. For example:
‘I know from Leviticus 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?’
It goes on (it really does go on) asking what penalties should apply today for sowing a field with different crops and wearing garments made with ‘different threads’ (it was wool and linen in Lev 19:19 – and Deut 22:11).
The idea of the questions is that the requirements of God’s law through Moses look silly and therefore that looking to the Bible for any questions of morality is silly. The questions fall down by making no distinction whatever between the judicial and moral laws of God, which in their general equity are still in force, and ceremonial matters of ritual holiness and the priesthood, which all passed with the sacrifice of Jesus.
The Genesis account
However, God’s design for human sexuality actually begins, not with Sodom, nor with Leviticus, but in the two Genesis passages brought together, as we saw above, by the Lord Jesus:
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Right there is God’s creation of mankind as ‘male and female’ and his institution of marriage. The Bishop has to talk about marriage, but he finesses these scriptures to be more about fellowship than about God’s division of the sexes. He dismisses the Genesis 18 and 19 account of Sodom as concerning rape rather than homosexuality. He accepts scripture informs scripture but ignores, or does not know, what the Prophet Ezekiel wrote about Sodom:
Ezek 16:50 And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.
He accepts that Jude 1:7 accepts that the sin of Sodom is, well, sodomy:
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Less than scholarly
But that, for Bishop Croft, merely reflects ‘the tradition by this time’. The holy Apostle did not, you see, have the benefit of Mr Croft’s woke personal opinion that the sin of Sodom was rape and rape alone. Because, for Mr Croft, there is ‘an overall trajectory’ ‘within Scripture’. Moreover, he thinks people like him have authority to continue the ‘trajectory’ after the closing of the Canon. He gives what he hopes is a good example. Scripture also endorsed slavery, he says, but we now know that slavery is wrong.
This is another example of his less than scholarly approach. What he calls ‘slavery’ in the Bible was bond servitude, which formed part of an ancient social security system. However, capturing and selling another human being, the core of what we understand as actual slavery, carries the death penalty in God’s law:
Exod 21:16 And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.
Mr Croft also cites Deuteronomy 23:17-18 and correctly identifies it as referring to ritual cult practice:
Deut 23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. 18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
However, it would logically follow that if the Lord is cool with sodomy except when it forms part of pagan ritual, then surely he is also now happy with whoredom. Naturally, that is a clarification too far for the Bishop’s purpose.
Intellectually lightweight theology
All in all, Together in Love and Faith is an intellectually lightweight offering. Bishop Croft never engages with the mass of scientific literature on homosexual promiscuity despite speaking blithely of ‘faithful, stable, long-term same-sex relationships’ as if they are the norm rather than the exception in the homosexual sub-culture.
In fact, under that very heading (‘faithful … relationships’) he recalls a priest coming to him wanting to ‘marry’ his same-sex civil partner. We expect a declaration that this man and his civil partner had not been having ‘flings’ outside, which the homosexual literature reveals is common in male homosexual relationships. But there is nothing. Does the bishop even know this happens in the gay world?
Finally, despite his degree in classics and theology, the Bishop dodges any examination of the Greek words malekoi and arsenekoitai. The Apostle Paul uses these to describe homosexual men in 1Cor 6:9:
1Cor 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
What Bishop Croft doesn’t want to tell you is that ‘malakoi’ means ‘soft to the touch’. It’s ancient Greek slang equivalent to the 1960’s word ‘pansy’ or the KJV ‘effeminate’. ‘Arsenekoitai’, translated as the second underlining above, is literally ‘man in bed’ and matches the Greek word in the Septuagint’s translation of Leviticus 20:13. The Apostle is plainly referring us back to Leviticus. Put them together and the highly-educated and well-travelled Paul means passive and active homosexuals.
Bishop Croft must know this but he fears to go into that kind of depth. Then again, what do you expect? Homosexual theology relies on a lack of intellectual rigour. We mustn’t look at the Bible, or homosexual lifestyles, too closely. As long as a ‘theologian’ can come out with something, anything, the gays will be happy.
PRAY: Pray the Lord will raise up those who will speak truth to the church. Pray for true Christians in the Anglican Church worldwide to stand firm on Scripture and sound doctrine.
ACT: Pastors and parents alike need to have sound doctrine before their churches and families come under attack. Invite Stephen to minister on this subject or any of the matters raised by Christian Voice at your church.

This was Day 2 of the Buffer Zone Challenge. This video was made at one end of the 600m radius (in one direction at least) Twickenham Public Space Protection Order Zone. All unscripted and unrehearsed, so be understanding!
The Public Order Bill has now left the House of Lords with Clause 10 in it. It returns to the House of Commons for Consideration of Lords’ amendments. The Lords have brought in a number of amendments. The Government can accept them, or vote them down and send the Bill back up the corridor to their Lordships to think again. Should the House of Lords stand firm on a matter of principle, and the Commons will not budge either, the Bill falls, and Clause 10 with it.
Remember how serious this is for the safety, security and prosperity of the United Kingdom. The Bible says:
Deut 27:25 Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
The people (when will they awake?) and those who lead them are not saying ‘Amen’ to that in Northern Ireland, England and Wales, and presently in Scotland. Here, the state is siding rather with those who profit from the taking of innocent life. This is a step downwards from permitting the shedding of innocent blood, which defiles the land. Scripture shows the judgment will fall:
Deut 28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: … 20 The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me. …
Even our security services rely on the grace of God for things to go well for them and for the bad guys to make mistakes:
Psalm 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
Prayer
Christian Voice is here to show you historical Biblical Christianity and sound a prophetic warning. In the light of those scriptures and more (be sure there are many more), please pray that the Public Order Bill, which carries the buffer zone clause, will fall. Pray for national repentance. Parliament wants to put a ‘Buffer Zone’ around every abortion centre and NHS hospital in England and Wales. Meanwhile, five local authorities in England have placed their own buffer zones around abortion centres in their area.
We reported on and witnessed against the principle of buffer zones outside each one in turn over five days, 6th to 10th Feb. 2023. We stood for Jesus Christ in the United Kingdom, and established the Gospel can be preached within them, absurdly so long as one does not mention abortion, or babies, or murder, or soul or kill! But the further implications are even greater, as you will see below.

The implications – personal
At a personal level, any woman with a heart will regret an abortion for the rest of her life. There is sure and certain forgiveness in the blood of Jesus Christ, for all of us, for that matter, whatever our sin, but the bitter heartache will remain. That was her baby, sometimes the only baby she would ever have, and it’s tragic:
Psalm 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
Matt 2:18 In Ramah was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not. (cf Jer 31:15)
That is just one reason why pro-life witness outside abortion premises or in town centres is literally vital.
The implications – national
At a national level, in the Abortion Act 1967, the United Kingdom legalised the shedding of innocent blood and brought judgment on every one of us:
Deut 19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
However, the proposed installation of buffer zones around every licensed abortion premises in England and Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland, takes that national sin to a new level. Now, the respective nations are siding with the abortionists, facilitating commercial activities (they might well be ‘charities’) which make their money from taking the lives of innocent human beings.
The Bible says: Deut 27:25 Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
Our legislators are now bringing that curse on all of us, as well as the hatred of the Lord: Prov 6:16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, …
Living in the days of Lot
It is that serious. For years now, the United Kingdom in its laws has promoted homosexuality, even in the classroom to five-year-olds. Now it promotes abortion. Both institutionalised sodomy and child sacrifice were the sins of Sodom.
You may have heard it said that if God does not judge the United Kingdom he would have to apologise to Sodom and Gomorrah. If that was not true before, it is becoming true in our day. We are living in the days of Lot. The judgment must fall, as described in the words of the Lord Jesus Christ himself:
Luke 17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Prayer
Please pray that the Public Order Bill, which carries the buffer zone clause, will fall. Pray for national repentance. Pray for our legislators to know the fear of God and his wisdom and understanding:

Five Buffer Zones, five days in the working week? The Buffer Zone Challenge was an obvious opportunity to stand for Jesus Christ in this United Kingdom, at all five abortion facilities in five days, 6th to 10th Feb. 2023.
No Buffer Zones, no Buffer Zone Challenge. If, as Parliament wants, loads of Buffer Zones, they can have loads of Buffer Zone Challenge!
2Sam 10:12 Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seemeth him good.
The Buffer Zone Challenge so far
Christian Voice stands for Biblical values in law and public policy. We oppose limits on Christian freedom of speech and we stand for life. The Buffer Zone Challenge started as a protest against abortion. The Lord has led us rather into showcasing the stupidity of the buffer zones, praying and showing it is legal to preach inside them, and if the Lord so leads, against them.
On Monday 6th February, this writer attended Marie Stopes abortion facility inside the Ealing Buffer Zone. I spoke, not against abortion, but against buffer zones. That is perfectly legal under the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) within the buffer zone.

Staff came out and were unfriendly. They claimed to have called the police. The Police failed to turn up in a timely fashion, so the Ealing Buffer Zone Challenge was considered done and came to an end.
On Tuesday at Twickenham I reported in, and about, the Buffer Zone and gave a brief Gospel message. No staff came out of the BPAS facility, which was some fifty yards away, and no police or council staff arrived.
One aspect of the reporting was on the words which, according to the PSPO, one is not allowed to utter within the zone (see below). We also considered how many verses of the King James Bible that would proscribe. The KJV is the Bible which King Charles will be given at his coronation in May. All the PSPO’s have the same forbidden words. Twickenham has an extra one (qv).
Lawful to preach the Gospel!
On Wednesday, in Bournemouth, I was greeted by around four police officers. I set up on the green opposite the BPAS facility, reported on the Buffer Zone as before and gave a brief Gospel message. View the whole thing on YouTube HERE.
The police officers heard every word and found nothing contrary to the PSPO, which you will find HERE. They heard, they saw, and we all parted on amicable terms. The abortionists and their supporters were left clueless as to how to react. READ this revealing account in the Bournemouth Echo. In short, we established it is entirely lawful to preach the Gospel inside the Buffer Zones. So that is what we need to do:

Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
On Thursday, in Manchester, council employees as well as police formed the welcoming party. Adrian, the council chap, asked me to conduct my presentation, still in the buffer zone, but not in the actual cul-de-sac containing the Marie Stopes facility. Being a very reasonable man, and not wishing to be charged with interfering with ‘service users’ or staff, I agreed. It appears buffer zones divide into primary and secondary areas. Who knew? Strange contrast
There is a strange contrast between claims from the abortionists that they are merely providing ‘medical care’ or a ‘medical procedure’ or ‘reproductive health care’ and comments from Dr Rupa Huq MP and others that women feel distressed by pro-life counsellors outside abortion centres. Pro-lifers can ‘bring on all these feelings of guilt and shame’, she has said.
What other ‘medical procedure’ does that? If you have a tooth extracted, or a hip replaced, do you feel ‘guilt and shame?’ Could it be that what MSI and BPAS are offering is rather more serious than ‘medical care’? Perhaps it is their ‘product’ itself which can leave a woman distressed for the rest of her life?
It appears the whole debate revolves around a question never asked, let alone answered: ‘Is that a human being in a mother’s womb?’
The prohibited Biblical words

With KJV equivalents in brackets):
Abortion: 0 occurrences. You may say ‘child sacrifice’ would be a KJV equivalent. If we were in a buffer zone, we could not possibly comment.
Baby (or babe): 6 occurrences.
Babies (or babes): 9 occurrences.
Mum (or mother): 297 occurrences.
Womb (unique to Twickenham): 69 occurrences.
Soul (seriously): 432 occurrences.
Kill: 119 occurrences.
(‘Slay’ would add another 113.)
Murder: 9 occurrences.
Hell: 54 occurrences (many from the Lord Jesus!).
That is over 1,000 verses from the KJV a preacher is not allowed to say in the Buffer Zone. Looking for positives, that leaves preachers 30,000 more. ‘Sin’ is not a proscribed word, for a start. Or ‘repent’.
But we say nowhere, certainly in a nation with a Christian constitution, can be allowed to become a no-go area for any portion of the word of God.
Buffer Zones are ridiculous
So the Holy Spirit has taken me in a different direction to how I was thinking before. I have shown the Buffer Zones are ridiculous and also shown that it is legal to preach within them. (So long as you don’t quote their forbidden words!)
BPAS Birmingham
On Friday, in Birmingham, praise God we had our first engagement with a hostile member of the public. This is where Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was arrested for appearing silently to pray. No police and no council people arrived.
I stood just inside the Buffer Zone boundary on Station Road to speak about buffer zones, then moved two paces to my right to preach against abortion. That is how crazy the law is. But it is clearly designed to prevent pro-life witness, at the abortion sites themselves, to women contemplating abortion. Download the PSPO HERE.
I am very grateful to all who have come along to observe or support. Thank God for a successful Buffer Zone Challenge with no breaches and no arrest. The abortionists were left flat-footed. Things, we believe, are changing in the heavenly realm. And as St David said, let us ‘Do the Little Things’ (‘Gwnewch y pethau bychain’). Because, when we do the little things which only we can do, we show our prayer is serious and we can leave the big things, the miracles, to the Almighty.

PRAY: Please pray for the grace and protection of the Lord of hosts in the mighty name of Jesus. Pray for his hand to be over the Buffer Zone Challenge. Pray the Lord raises up others for the Buffer Zone Challenge. It is not necessary to do them all, or to do them all in a week. Make a record of yourself being there. Pray also for pro-life pavement counsellors that the Lord will add to their number and give them wisdom, power of the Holy Spirit as well as the love and grace which motivates them in the first place. Pray for the women going in, and those prevented from making an informed choice (in a God-fearing nation there would be no such ‘choice’ to be made) because of the buffer zones. And pray for those in authority, our MPs and Peers, the Councils and the Police. May God send his fear and his wisdom into their hearts.

Parliament is currently debating installing so-called ‘buffer zones’ around all abortion clinics and all hospitals in England and Wales. We are praying against this ‘Clause 9’ of the Public Order Bill. But peers in the House of Lords have been at pains to stress abortion ‘is not the issue’. Read the Third Reading Debate here.
For this ministry, abortion IS the issue. Social abortion takes the life of an innocent human being. Each one is our brother or sister in the womb. The Bible says innocent bloodshed defiles the land:
Numb 35:33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.
The judgment falls upon us all, on the whole nation:
Deut 19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
Existing Buffer Zones
In the meantime, no fewer than five local authorities in England have installed their own buffers zones around abortion facilities in their areas. They have passed Public Space Protection Orders concerning them.
By the grace of God we are going to challenge them and at the same time challenge the abortion mentality of those in power. Our National Director will be standing with a Bible verse and preaching from the word inside each Buffer Zone, outside each abortion building, one per day, all next week. That’s five buffer zones in five days. So the Buffer Zone Challenge is a challenge for him as well.
As it happens, he might well preach against the buffer zone itself, rather than against abortion. Curiously, that appears to be allowed inside the buffer zone. (P.S. that was the approach at Ealing yesterday). Or he might simply report on the buffer zone. That is definitely allowed. Or he might preach on abortion just outside the buffer zone. That too is allowed. In whichever approach, as the Bible records David’s army commander Joab said to Abishai his brother, according to the King James Version translators:
2Sam 10:12 Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seemeth him good.
Buffer Zone Challenge 2023
The central issue around abortion is firstly, is there a human being in the womb, in what should be the safest place on God’s earth? If so, all the scriptures above come into play and the shedding of innocent blood in our land at the hands of every abortionist is bringing judgment on us all.
Secondly, there is the issue of Freedom of Speech (Article 10 of the Human Rights Act and Charter) and Freedom of Assembly (Article 11).
Thirdly, there is the matter of freedom of thought, belief and religion (Article 9). Christians are commanded to preach the Gospel. We are commanded to pray. We are commanded to witness to those in power.
Fourthly, this United Kingdom is constitutionally a nation under God. It follows there can be no part of it where Christian prayer, preaching or witness is ‘against the law’.
Come along and listen to the word of God and support us with your presence. None of the PSPOs forbids anyone from standing and observing an alleged breach of the PSPO. Or for that matter, reporting on the handing out of a penalty or an arrest by the police, should they be called.

Isabel Vaughan-Spruce outside the BPAS facility in Robert Road
A pro-life leader who was arrested and charged on four counts after silently praying on a public street near an abortion facility has had all charges against her dropped, Birmingham Magistrates Court told Christian Voice this morning.
Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was due to appear today, 2nd February 2023. However, the court office told us that charges were quietly dropped two weeks ago, on 20th January.
Psalm 118:23 This is the LORD’S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
Police approached Miss Vaughan-Spruce as she stood near the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) Robert Clinic last year in Kings Norton, Birmingham. She was carrying no sign and remained silent. The Police reported they had received complaints from an onlooker who suspected she was praying silently ‘in her mind’.
A West Midlands Police officer approached the campaigner to tell her he had to caution her. He then asked her: ‘What are you here for today?’
‘Physically, I’m just standing here,’ replied Miss Vaughan-Spruce, who lives in Malvern, Worcestershire. ‘Why here of all places? I know you don’t live nearby,’ the officer asked.
She responded: ‘But this is an abortion centre.’ The officer said: ‘’Okay, that’s why you’re stood here. Are you here as part of a protest? Are you praying?’ She denied she was protesting but said: ‘I might be praying in my head, but not out loud.’
The officer then arrested her on suspicion of failing to comply with a public spaces protection order. The police then charged Miss Vaughan-Spruce with four counts of failing to comply with a Public Space Protection Order. However, embarrassed Crown Prosecutors have evidently realised there was no case to answer. In a perplexing move, they have told her lawyers they could ‘reinstate’ the charges. However, CPS guidance says clearly that can only happen if more evidence comes to light. In this case, all the evidence is there already.
Public Space Protection Order

A Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) came into effect around the BPAS centre in September 2022. The measure was introduced by Birmingham City Council and stays in force for three years. It bans individuals from engaging in certain ‘activities’.
The PSPO states: ‘The Activities prohibited by the Order are:
‘i Protesting, namely engaging in any act of approval or disapproval or attempted act of approval or disapproval, with respect to issues related to abortion services, by any means. This includes but is not limited to graphic, verbal or written means, prayer or counselling,’
It clarifies that: ‘“Protesting” means being in the restricted area (whether by yourself or with others) and engaging in any act of approval or disapproval or attempted act of approval or disapproval, with respect to issues related to abortion services, by any means. This includes but is not limited to, graphic, verbal or written means, prayer or counselling;’
‘v Displaying any text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy.’
A note says: ‘“Displaying any text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy” includes but is not limited to, imagery or textual references to abortion, baby, mum, foetus, soul, kill, hell, murder;’
Three other clauses refer to ‘Interfering with’, ‘Intimidating or harassing’, or ‘Recording or photographing’ a ‘Robert Clinic service user, visitor or member of staff’’.
Thought-crime
It emerged that Miss Vaughan-Spruce was shown pictures of herself outside the abortion facility whilst in the police station. Officers asked if she was praying at that time. She says she could not recall from the pictures whether she was praying at these specific moments, or whether these had been taken at times that she was distracted and thought about other things, such as her lunch. Moreover, she maintains that all her thoughts were equally peaceful and imperceptible and that none should be criminalised.
“It’s abhorrently wrong that I was searched, arrested, interrogated by police and charged simply for praying in the privacy of my own mind. Censorship zones purport to ban harassment, which is already illegal. Nobody should ever be subject to harassment. But what I did was the furthest thing from harmful. I was exercising my freedom of thought, my freedom of religion, inside the privacy of my own mind. Nobody should be criminalised for thinking and for praying, in a public space in the UK,” said Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, following her arrest for silent prayer.
She should now have a case against the police for wrongful arrest.
March for Life
Miss Vaughan-Spruce is the Director of the UK March for Life. She has volunteered for many years in support of women in crisis pregnancies.
She explained: “I have devoted much of my life to supporting women in crisis pregnancies with everything that they need to make an empowered choice for motherhood. I am also involved in supporting women who have had abortions and are struggling with the consequences of it. I’ve grown close to many of the women I’ve been able to support over the years, and it breaks my heart to know that so many more go through this every day.
“My faith is a central part of who I am, so sometimes I’ll stand or walk near an abortion facility and pray about this issue. This is something I’ve done pretty much every week for around the last 20 years of my life. I pray for my friends who have experienced abortion, and for the women who are thinking about going through it themselves,” she continued. As part of her conditions for bail, Miss Vaughan-Spruce was told she should not contact a local Catholic priest who is also involved in pro-life work. The condition, which would have added a breach of her right of free association to that of freedom of thought and freedom of religion, was later dropped.
However, the police also imposed bail restrictions against Miss Vaughan-Spruce engaging in public prayer even beyond the PSPO area. They stated this was necessary to ‘prevent further offences’. Of course the court is yet to decide whether an offence has been committed at all.
Alliance Defending Freedom

Jeremiah Igunnubole is Legal Counsel for the UK arm of US-based Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF UK), the legal organisation supporting Isabel Vaughan-Spruce.
He said: ‘Isabel’s experience should be deeply concerning to all those who believe that our hard-fought fundamental rights are worth protecting. It is truly astonishing that the law has granted local authorities such wide and unaccountable discretion, that now even thoughts deemed “wrong” can lead to a humiliating arrest and a criminal charge.’
‘A mature democracy should be able to differentiate between criminal conduct and the peaceful exercise of constitutionally protected rights. Isabel, a woman of good character, and who has tirelessly served her community by providing charitable assistance to vulnerable women and children, has been treated no better than a violent criminal. The recent increase in buffer zone legislation and orders is a watershed moment in our country. We must ask ourselves whether we are a genuinely democratic country committed to protecting the peaceful exercise of the right to freedom of speech. We are at serious risk of mindlessly sleepwalking into a society that accepts, normalises, and even promotes the “tyranny of the majority”,’ he continued.
Buffer Zones: stuff of zealots
However, it is far from clear that such PSPO’s and ‘Buffer Zones’ enjoy a majority of support. They are brought in on the demand of pro-abortion activists and parliamentarians.
Nor is it clear whether they will withstand legal process in the European Court of Human Rights. The Buffer Zone in Ealing has been upheld by the Supreme Court, but that case is now on track for Europe. How embarrassing that Christians in the Land of the Book have to turn to the Council of Europe for justice.
Isa 59:14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
The arrest of Isabel Vaughan-Spruce follows a recent incident in Bournemouth where a woman was told to leave by what are described as ‘local authorities’ for praying. She was outside the local PSPO zone around the BPAS abortion building in Ophir Road, Bournemouth. In October it became the fifth centre to have a PSPO in the country, following Ealing, Twickenham, Manchester and the one in Birmingham.
Lockdown Penalty withdrawn in Liverpool
Last year, Rosa Lalor, a grandmother from Liverpool, successfully overturned a fixed penalty given to her while out walking and silently praying near an abortion facility. The penalty was given under lockdown restrictions in February 2021. Mrs Lalor had been questioned as to why she was outdoors and answered she was “walking and praying”. The officer decided she wasn’t praying in a place of worship, and did not have a “reasonable excuse” to be outdoors at that time. He claimed she was there to “protest”. The grandmother was arrested, detained, and issued a penalty.
Merseyside Police eventually conceded her detention was wrong. Mrs Lalor was acting within her rights, indeed having a “reasonable excuse” to be outdoors praying. The similarity with Isabel Vaughan-Spruce’’s case is that Mrs Lalor says she too was ‘praying in the privacy of my own mind.’
Buffer Zone Vote
MPs voted on Tuesday 18th October 2022 in favour of installing buffer zones 150 meters around all abortion clinics and hospitals in England and Wales. 297 MPs voted in favour of the amendment to the Public Order Bill while 110 rejected it, a majority of 187. Two hundred and forty MPs did not vote at all. See Hansard HERE.
MPs were allowed a free vote by their parties on the amendment, which meant they did not face pressure from party leaders to vote a certain way. Furthermore, it also meant the amendment was certain to pass. Labour and Liberal Democrats MPs always vote virtually en masse for abortion, while the Conservatives are always split. Only Ulster’s DUP consistently vote pro-life.
The new clause added an ‘Offence of interference with access to or provision of abortion services.’ However, only this week the House of Lords substituted a different version of ‘Clause 9’, as it is known. See Hansard HERE.
The Bible says: Prov 31:8 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
It will be remiss of us, as the Public Order Bill proceeds through Parliament, not to challenge the idea of forbidding Christian witness in specific areas of the king’s realm. Christian Voice people love taking God’s message to the street. The Lord used us mightily in this way against the Corpus Christi play in St Andrews, the Sunday Mirror, the South Wales Echo and of course the theatre tour of Jerry Springer the Opera. We have confronted ‘Drag Queen Story Hour’. We have stood with parents at schools promoting LGBT propaganda. We regularly witness about creation outside the Natural History Museum.
Why should Christian Voice not be found praying or singing, holding up a Bible verse or preaching outside an abortion centre?
It is noteworthy that the Birmingham PSPO, while banning ‘text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy’ says this ‘includes but is not limited to, imagery or textual references to abortion, baby, mum, foetus, soul, kill, hell, murder.’
’Formed thee from the womb’
It is an interesting selection. Nevertheless, one good word is missing. We see it in every one of these King James Bible verses:
Psalm 22:9 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother’s breasts.
Psalm 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
Eccl 11:5 As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
Isaiah 44:2 Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Galations 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
And of course we remember Elizabeth’s exclamation when an unborn John the Baptist reacted to the presence of an embryonic Lord Jesus: Luke 1:44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy:
Read and Pray
Surely none of those relates ‘directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy’, does it? We shall see. And what about these two:

PRAY: Thank God for Isabel Vaughan-Spruce. Thank him also that there were found men and women to stand for life in the House of Commons. Ask him why so few.
Pray the House of Lords will overturn the new clause in the Public Order Bill. Above all, pray for an end to abortion in our land. Pray for an MP to introduce a Texas-style ‘‘Heartbeat’ law. Pray for your MP!

King Charles. Is he a king for the people or for the elites?
We need to take a close look at the globalist links of King Charles and the environmentalist agenda with which he, and the heir to the throne Prince William, are closely associated. The king’s links and opinions may well inform the advice he will give his prime minister. Therefore they will also inform our prayers for him and for his ministers.
Charles reads his Declaration before the Privy Council
In his September 2022 declaration before the Privy Council King Charles said his purpose was ‘to seek the peace, harmony and prosperity’ of those under his rule.
His purpose and that of his government is not to drag his subjects into needless war or into rebellion against the Almighty. It is not to preside over inequalities before the law. It is not to impoverish the people. It is to do them good, based on loving, honouring, God and regally loving his neighbour:
Luke 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
The Christian Voice statement of belief concludes by saying: ‘We believe all government to be under the authority of God and that its purpose is the maintenance of freedom and justice solely in accordance with biblical principles.’
That accords with the king’s first two principles, those of peace and harmony. But a look at the scripture shows that government is also there to advance prosperity.
At the time we framed our statement of belief, we took it for granted that governments would naturally try to prosper their people. We assumed every minister of the Crown would at least intend to promote the public good. We thought when they failed to do that it was because of incompetence, not malice.
We understood of course about annual Bilderberg meetings and other gatherings of the great and not necessarily good. We knew the men with power and money would try to organise things for their benefit. All the same, in their combination of old-school capitalism and US geopolitics, there would be something from the money-men’s meetings left over for the rest of us.
WEF TAKES THE PLACE OF BILDERBERG

Covid lockdowns and climate action, together with the emergence of a ‘new kid on the block’, the World Economic Forum (WEF), have changed those presumptions. In fact, the lockdowns and the NetZero fanaticism have awakened us to the WEF and the schemes of the very well-connected German businessman Klaus Schwab who founded it.
WEF has steadily taken the place of the Bilderbergers. Despite the greater apparent openness of the former compared with the secrecy of the latter, policies driven by the WEF elite (2020 attendees listed here) appear now to be designed either deliberately or carelessly to impoverish the people.
‘You will own nothing and you will be happy’, as the notorious WEF video put it last year. It goes without saying that is not the Biblical ideal. The Bible paints a picture of small-scale family-based enterprise, expressed beautifully here as a millennial vision by the prophet Micah:
Micah 4:4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.
THE FASCIST GREAT RESET
The big idea of the WEF and brainchild of its founder is ‘The Great Reset’. It has been the subject of Herr Schwab’s books. But it is not what Micah had in mind at all. The Great Reset incorporates the concepts of ‘stakeholder capitalism’, a ‘fourth industrial revolution’, a ‘global society’, a ‘new normal’, a ‘new deal for nature’ and fusing people and technology together in ‘transhumanism’. Anything, wars, pandemics, climate hysteria, can, have been and will be used to advance the Great Reset.
Under communism, the people, rather, the officials of the state, own and run all businesses. In the original version of fascism, in Italy and Germany in the 1930s, the shareholders owned businesses, but the state, or the elite, decided their direction. There is a Common Purpose (which is itself the name of yet another godless, elitist project here in the UK). So the Great Reset is at heart technically a fascist project.
Communism theoretically acted in the interests of the people, but it was inherently oppressive because it could never work outside God’s smallest societal unit of the family and it was opposed to God’s economic order. Fascism, on the other hand, uses the state to protect and advance the interests of the wealthy elite. That is what WEF is all about. But in the Bible the Prophet Isaiah condemns the idea:
Isaiah 5:8 Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!
CHARLES LAUNCHED GREAT RESET!
Klaus Schwab and the then Prince of Wales
This is why it is disturbing to find King Charles so involved, when he was Prince of Wales, with WEF and Herr Schwab.
According to the WEF website weforum.org, ‘The Great Reset is a new initiative from the World Economic Forum and HRH the Prince of Wales to guide decision-makers on the path to a more resilient, sustainable world beyond coronavirus.’
On another page from 3rd June 2020 we read:
‘The Great Reset launched by World Economic Forum and HRH The Prince of Wales.
‘Seeking better form of capitalism as world recovers from pandemic.
‘Welcomed by UN, IMF, and companies Microsoft, Mastercard and BP.
‘Subscribe to podcasts: World Vs Virus and The Great Reset.
‘”The COVID-19 crisis has shown us that our old systems are not fit any more for the 21st century,” said World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab. “In short, we need a great reset”.’
‘We’ in this context means the elite, of course, not ordinary people. It is a far cry from the Biblical way of servant leadership set out by the Lord Jesus:
Matt 20:25 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. 26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; 27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant…
‘INNOVATIVE INTERVENTION’
The 3rd June 2020 meeting also introduced the ‘Build Back Better’ slogan. Under ‘World Vs Virus’ the launch of the Great Reset was now billed as ‘a project to bring the world’s best minds together to seek a better, fairer, greener, healthier planet as we rebuild from the pandemic.’
Professor Neil Ferguson: whatever they could get away with
There was of course no need to ‘rebuild from the pandemic.’ It was the very lockdowns and restrictions brought in by ‘the world’s best minds’ which introduced their necessity to ‘rebuild’. Furthermore, that ‘world’s best minds’ expression betrays the elitism of Klaus Schwab and King Charles.
In the early days of Covid, government advisors fell in love with the idea of lockdowns and restrictions on people’s movements. In an interview in The Times in December 2020, Professor Neil Ferguson said that when SAGE observed the “innovative intervention” in China, locking entire communities down and not permitting them to leave their homes, they initially presumed it would not be an available option in a liberal Western democracy. However, Italy following the Chinese example changed that, as Neil Ferguson revealed:
‘It’s a communist one party state, we said. We couldn’t get away with it in Europe, we thought… and then Italy did it. And we realised we could.’
JUDGMENT IS COMING
Thank God that he sitteth in the heavens will have them in derision. The Bible says a judgment is coming on the comfortable men in this world who despise the Lord.
Zeph 1:12 And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.
The Apostle Peter warned the Church:
1Pet 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
However, the judgment will not stop with the Church. In his revelation, the Apostle John tells us the end of those men Peter mentioned:
Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
‘GREENER’ AND ‘SUSTAINABLE’
If the manufactured ‘climate crisis’ helped the idea of the Great Reset, the Covid was a boon, as the WEF website tells us:
‘”The pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world” – Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman, World Economic Forum.’
But HM, HRH as he was then, was completely on board, seeing in the ‘Great Reset’ an opportunity to promote his environmentalism:
‘”There is a golden opportunity to seize something good from this crisis…global crises know no borders, and highlight how interdependent we are as one people sharing one planet”.’
The WEF website explains: ‘Speaking at the launch of the Forum’s Great Reset on Wednesday, those were the words of HRH the Prince of Wales on humanity’s chance to craft a more sustainable and equitable world in the wake of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
‘He added: “Unless we take the action necessary, and build in a greener and more inclusive and sustainable way, then we will have more and more pandemics”.’
How could he possibly know that? And what is all this going to cost ordinary people? The prophet said:
Ezek 45:9 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD.
WHAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH
So it has become that, not just with the Covid but now with NetZero, governments, that is politicians and elites, are advancing themselves and their fads rather than the public good. Let us remember, the reaction to Covid was never about public health. It was about protecting the reputation of government in case the NHS was overwhelmed and they took the blame. Hence: ‘Protect the NHS!’
So it has come to pass that governments in the West, with the UK as the prime example, are not now seeking ‘peace, harmony and prosperity’ but, as Neil Ferguson admitted, seeing what they can get away with.
We shall quote Abraham Lincoln below, but the most famous utterance ever attributed to him dates from a paraphrase of a line in a speech he gave in 1858: “You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”
Yet government now appear to believe they can get away with barefaced lies, ungodly measures and incompetence if they can fool enough of the people enough of the time.
LINCOLN’S IDEAL OF GOVERNMENT
They are aided by their friends in the mainstream media, who have forgotten the prophetic responsibilities of the fourth estate. They mix with woke celebrities in advancing every fashionable cause. It is well known that in a democracy no politician dare think long-term.
If a week is a long time in politics, the period between now and the next election is the very farthest ahead they can look. And in the meantime, how far can they push the people before they rise up and rebel? What can they get away with?
In his Gettysburg Address of 1863, President Lincoln expressed a desire that “government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
Yet what we increasingly have, whether in the UK or the US, or virtually all the so-called developed world, is government of the elite, by the elite, for the elite. It is a far cry from seeking the common good – the prosperity – of the people, as scripture demands.
COP 26
Charles opening COP 26 in Glasgow
In October 2021, world leaders were planning to fly in to Glasgow, most of them in private jets, to encourage each other to bring in policies to advance the Net Zero agenda. HRH the Prince of Wales gave the opening address. The princeofwales.gov.uk website carries the transcript, which is headed with this excerpt:
‘I can only urge you, as the world’s decision-makers, to find practical ways of overcoming differences so we can all get down to work, together, to rescue this precious planet and save the threatened future of our young people.’
HRH opened: ‘Your Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, the Covid-19 pandemic has shown us just how devastating a global, cross-border threat can be. Climate change and biodiversity loss are no different – in fact, they pose an even greater existential threat, to the extent that we have to put ourselves on what might be called a war-like footing.’
His speech was as alarmist as a Greta Thunberg oration: ‘You do not need me to tell you that the eyes – and hopes – of the world are upon you to act with all despatch, and decisively – because time has run out.’
‘TACKLE THE CARBON’
He went on in Malthusian terms: ‘With a growing global population creating ever-increasing demand on the planet’s finite resources, we have to reduce emissions urgently and take action to tackle the carbon already in the atmosphere, including from coal-fired power stations. Putting a value on carbon, thus making carbon capture solutions more economical, is therefore absolutely critical. Similarly, after billions of years of evolution, Nature is our best teacher – in this regard, restoring Natural Capital, accelerating Nature-based solutions and leveraging the circular bioeconomy will be vital to our efforts.’
There is so much wrong with that, even passing over ‘billions of years of evolution’. Firstly, why should mankind ‘tackle the carbon already in the atmosphere’? Carbon Dioxide is not a poison. It is food for the very plants which populations need to grow and graze their livestock on to produce food. Furthermore, agricultural products are not ‘finite’. They are constantly replenished, fuelled by CO2 and the sun. As the Bible says:
Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
As to the ‘vital’ necessity of ‘restoring Natural Capital, accelerating Nature-based solutions and leveraging the circular bioeconomy’, what does any of that even mean? It might be necessary to read the book ‘Harmony’, a book written in 2010 by Charles, then Prince of Wales, with Tony Juniper and Ian Skelly, to find out. I shall try to do that to save you the trouble, but as there are 320 pages of it, it could take some time.
HM’S CAR ‘RUNS ON WINE’
Only a year ago, the Washington Post reported ‘Charles revealed he runs his beloved 51-year-old Aston Martin convertible on “surplus English white wine and whey from the cheese process,” essentially bioethanol fuel.
‘Pressed about his energy consumption, the prince said he had installed a hydroelectric turbine on one of his rivers and biomass boilers fueled by trees felled at his Scottish home, Birkhall, on the 52,000-acre Balmoral estate of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
‘He has put solar panels on top of his London mansion, Clarence House, and on the farm buildings at Highgrove House, his residence in the Cotswolds.’
This is not a man about to advise his Prime Minister to re-open the coal mines and develop clean coal technology. He is confident in his view, but what if he is wrong?
Prov 14:12 (cf 16:25) There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
PRAY AND ACT
Thank God for laying out in scripture his way for government and enterprise, for limiting the powers of rulers and requiring them to serve the people. Thank him for revealing the elitist environmentalism of our new king.
Pray that the designs of the World Economic Forum, of Klaus Schwab and his friends in high places, will be understood and thwarted. Pray for our Prime Minister to stand against these dark spiritual forces.

Yes, that was just before Covid, Lockdown and mRNA vaccines! But here we bring it up-to-date.)
Cultural Climate Change
So what is Cultural Climate Change? Unlike alleged weather ‘climate change’, this one is totally man-made!
Cultural Climate Change is characterised by a disregard for the sanctity of life and the divine institution of marriage. It leads to an ice age of falling birthrates, a rising sea-level of immorality, an increase in the temperature of intolerance to prophetic warning voices and a cooling of the altruism we need to bind us together. Civilisations in the past have been here and done this, Rabbi Sacks argues. Every one of them has gone down the rubbish-chute of history, driven out by a stronger monotheistic and monogamous force. The word of God says:
Proverbs 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
If you want your nation to be blessed, those who lead you must set Jesus as their King. Scripture clearly says:
Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD;
Living in the Days of Lot
We can also say the West is now living in the Days of Lot. In the societies of Sodom and Gomorrah, immorality in the form of sodomy was not merely tolerated but encouraged by their legal and societal structures. They also practised child sacrifice. However, the West today goes one further. It uses government foreign aid programmes and immoral charitable foundations to export its immorality, funding local activist NGOs to spread Cultural Climate Change in their countries.
Psa 2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
The West also employs diplomatic pressure. One forum where this can be seen is the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting.
Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting
In previous years, pro-homosexual nations and activists within them have attempted to promote assumed LGBT rights in and around the meeting.
Australia put down a pro-sodomy motion at the CHOGM in October 2011. The United Kingdom supported it. In June 2011, Prime Minister David Cameron told a reception he gave for gay activists at No 10 Downing Street that he intended to use UK foreign aid as a lever to force recipient countries to liberalise their laws on homosexuality. His speech was reported in the UK homosexual website Pink News. This writer’s reaction to it was reported in DominicaNewsOnline. I said: ‘David Cameron needs to realise that the white man is not the fount of all wisdom’.
The Bible writers would surely call Mr Cameron a man ‘who did evil in the sight of the Lord’.
Commonwealth Secretary-General Baroness Scotland stands accused of cronyism and corruption.
Her Majesty the Queen signed a new Commonwealth Charter in 2013, which declared: ‘We are implacably opposed to all forms of discrimination, whether rooted in gender, race, colour, creed, political belief or other grounds.’ The Western nations wanted ‘sexual orientation’ included explicitly in the Charter. They lost, and will now try to argue that ‘or other grounds’ includes ‘sexuality’.
In 2015, the CHOGM elected Baroness Scotland as Secretary-General. Her Ladyship said she would use her tenure to promote decriminalisation of homosexuality in Commonwealth countries. She is now embroiled in accusations of corruption.
In 2018, Prime Minister Theresa May told the CHOGM that laws against unnatural practices were ‘wrong’. Prince William has expressed himself to be heavily pro-gay. Yet the Bible says:
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Division and Pushback
However, events around the UNFPA Nairobi Summit in November 2019, which promoted ‘Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights’ (SRHR: code for pro-LGBT and pro-abortion policies) together with Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), exposed deep divisions between nations already engulfed by Cultural Climate Change and those threatened by it.
The Nordic Nations, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, were the primary funders of the Summit. Moreover, no end of blond young women activists attended the Summit. In contrast, African, Caribbean and Asian nations were dismayed by the Western attempts to promote immorality. Uganda and St Lucia stood with the US to condemn the UNFPA agenda. Norway then condemned what it saw as the ‘pushback’.
Christian Voice and Kenya Christian Voice were there. We handed out leaflets condemning abortion to those going in and our activities were noticed and made a real impact in the spiritual realm.
Freedom of Speech
There is, as mentioned above, a serious impact from Cultural Climate Change on freedom of speech and expression. Legalising homosexuality leads immediately to non-discrimination laws. The next step is a law mandating public authorities to promote ‘protected characteristics’. These include ‘sexual orientation’ and transgenderism. Scripture condemns such vanities:
Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
The same public authorities, and other concerns and companies, use these laws to sack Christians and others who express misgivings about homosexual practice on social media. The church also begins to exercise self-censorship.
LGBT propaganda
The experience of the UK shows that legalising homosexuality also leads to the pretence of same-sex ‘marriage’. This, coupled with the public authority duty, leads to teachers corrupting primary school children with LGBT propaganda. Yet it is parents, not teachers, to whom God gives responsibility for children’s education:
Deut 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, … 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
There is a trampling on parental responsibilities for their children’s education, even though these are enshrined not just in the Bible but in human rights legislation. In Birmingham, the courts denied parents freedom of assembly to protest against LGBT propaganda in Anderton Park and Parkfield Primary Schools.
Transgenderism
Schools in the UK are now also hotbeds of the horrors of transgenderism. The idea placed in the minds of even small children that they are ‘trapped in the wrong body’ has become so fashionable the UK government even allow doctors to prescribe hormonal drugs, ‘puberty blockers’ which interfere with children’s natural development.
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Deut 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Matt 19:4 And he (Jesus) answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female?
(P.S. There has more recently been a pushback against transgenderism, with the closure of the UK’s Tavistock Clinic. The UK government also want to ensure fairness in sports. But at this time of posting [January 2023], the Scottish Parliament had voted to allow anyone to switch gender, without so much as a doctor’s note. Meanwhile the UK government were proposing to criminalise anyone, even a parent, who voiced concerns over even a child’s intention to ‘transition’.)
The prize of Jamaica
J-Flag: Jamaican campaigning homosexuals
Cultural Climate Change is being pushed in Africa and Asia and across the whole of the Caribbean. However, Jamaica, the largest Commonwealth island in the Caribbean, would be a highly significant prize if judges and/or lawmakers could be browbeaten into legalising sodomy and abortion. There is money to be made, particularly from abortion. Underneath is an anti-Christian population control agenda. We shall explore that at another time…
Anyway, the propaganda appears to be working for now. An article in the Guardian in December 2018 was headed ‘Welcome to Jamaica – no longer ‘the most homophobic place on Earth.’
The article highlighted what it described as ‘the work of Jamaica Forum for Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays (J-Flag), the country’s largest LGBT rights organisation, which this month celebrates its 20th anniversary.’

So let us look at ‘J-FLAG’. According to its website, J-FLAG has six directors and no fewer than thirteen full-time members of staff, including a ‘Senior Youth Programme Officer’, one Sean Lord. Foreign-funded NGO jobs are among the most lucrative in the developing world. A Scottish gay charity has just admitted its youth outreach programmes amounted to grooming and sexual abuse.
Its 2017 annual report boasted of its ‘gay pride celebrations’, public visibility in its clearing beaches campaign, support from private sector companies and of being heard sympathetically in Parliament. It states that the Minister of Justice, Hon. Delory Chuck, called for decriminalisation of anti-sodomy laws, only to appear to back-track.
The Minister of Health, Dr Christopher Tufton, demanded ‘stigma and discrimination’ against ‘minority groups’ be ended. Most worrying, the Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett, it says, told a London summit that Jamaica welcomes ‘LGBT travellers’. The latter bring tourism money, it is true. But they also bring heightened use of narcotics, sexual health risks and the corruption of ‘sex-tourism’ as well-heeled foreign homosexual men try to hire local boys for sex. The tourist industry is proposing a pact with the devil.
J-FLAG is also promoting feminist group ‘We-Change’, a magazine, ‘Pride ja’, a disturbing youth ‘outreach’, and a transsexual group, ‘Transwave’. They boasted of a partnership between J-Flag and ‘the Youth Division of the (Jamaica) Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture.’
Confusing accounts
J-FLAG accounts are difficult to comprehend, even when it publishes them. It seldom lists its donors, but we’ll come to that. Its 2014 annual report lists 5,000,000 on administration, 17,500,000 pn staff, and 22,000,000 on ‘program’.
Its 2018 Annual Report showed a rise to 9,306,240 on administration, 10,133,405 on staff, and 71,811,593 on ‘program’ (p29). It does not say what currency these figures are in, which is a gross omission. It may be Jamaican dollars, which would put the listed expenditure in the £500k bracket.

LGBT promotion in the Caribbean
What is certain is that all the money comes from the West. The 2015/2016 Global Resources Report listed ‘Government and Philanthropic Support for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Communities’.
The top ten funders of ‘LGBTI’ funding for Latin America, South America and the Caribbean (p6) included Hivos (a wealthy humanist foundation in the Netherlands), the EU, Ford Foundation, Open Society Foundations (founded by George Soros), Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice and the San Francisco-based Tides Foundation.
Costa Rica is being deluged with Cultural Climate Change money, $5m in 2015/16, according to the report. But second is Jamaica, with $1,785,967 pouring in. As J-FLAG is about the only and certainly the largest LGBT CSO in Jamaica, the bulk of that money must be ending up in J-FLAG coffers.
Swedish heiress Sigrid Rausing, based in the UK, is at the forefront of LGBT funding worldwide.
Donors listed
J-FLAG’s 2014 annual report listed some of its donors (p 38 – [p42 in the pdf]): Digicell Foundation, European Union, FOSI, Foundation To Promote An Open Society (sounds like a Soros set-up), Human Dignity Trust, MAC-AIDS, Rights Now, Royal Norwegian, Sigrid Rausing Trust, US State Department, York University and VIIV Healthcare. (US State Dept. money for promoting sodomy dried up under President Trump only to restart under Joe Biden.)
Sigrid Rausing Trust admits, or boasts, of having sent £480,000 to J-FLAG over the years from 2009. They gave them £240,000 over three years starting in 2018. (Stop Press: Their current grant is £300,000 over three years from 2022./)
Last year, 2019, Astraea Lesbian Foundation gave J-FLAG £500,000.
Wealthy foundations

Astraea itself is supported by other wealthy US foundations including Arcus, Tides and Ford and has strong links to Open Society Foundations.
We see Astraea and Open Society supporting similar groups around the world, for example, South Africa’s Triangle Project (pp 39-43). Other ‘usual suspects’ also appear, such as the Germany-based Heinrich Boll Foundation.
The Edge Funders Alliance ran a conference in 2013 helpfully listing many of the Western NGOs and Foundations funding groups promoting immorality in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
Returning to J-FLAG, we find a UK homosexual charity, GiveOut, fund-raising for J-FLAG’s ‘Community Hub’, ‘Rainbow House’. GiveOut have also provided funds for J-FLAG’s Transwave as well as the ‘United Caribbean Trans Network’ (UCTRANS).
Abortion
Jamaica’s IPPF-funded FAMPLAN ’s logo carries worrying allusions to China’s infamous ‘one-child’ policy .
Abortion is illegal in Jamaica except, obviously, to save the life of the mother. International Planned Parenthood run the Jamaica Family Planning Association, FAMPLAN. We read FAMPLAN is an advocate of sex education in schools. That will heighten demand for contraceptives, and when they fail, abortion.
In 2005 the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute published a paper about ‘declining international funding’ for Caribbean family planning associations. Like the Jamaican LGBT-advocacy industry, FAMPLAN is totally reliant on Western funding. It’s money was coming from US-based IPPF, from the Canadian International Development Agency ‘and similar International organizations’. It received no money from the Jamaican government.
In Kenya, Marie Stopes has been caught out providing illegal abortions in its network on clinics in the country. The abortions are heavily subsidised from the West, notably some £48m from the UK taxpayer. Marie Stopes does not operate across the Caribbean. If IPPF is providing that service, we have found no evidence of it at this time of writing.
Propaganda
Nevertheless, IPPF would be well set to make a lot of money if abortion were ever legalised in Jamaica, so we should expect pro-abortion articles in the press, presentations to Parliament and similar propaganda, or ‘advocacy’ if one prefers.
Indeed, we read On an IPPF website: ‘FAMPLAN is a key player within a coalition of civil society organizations advocating for legal and policy changes related to sexual and reproductive health and rights, including the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals and women who have experienced violence. FAMPLAN also focuses on the health and rights of young people, and has been leading a collaborative effort to revise and strengthen school-based sexuality education, and remove the requirement of parental consent for youth under 18 who want to access sexual and reproductive health services.’
Whenever we read ‘sexual and reproductive health and rights’ (SRHR) alarm bells ring. The expression was prominent at the Nairobi UNFPA Summit in November 2019. It is code for liberalisation of laws around homosexuality and abortion. And we note FAMPLAN want to paint parents of under-18s out of the picture where their children’s sexual activities are concerned.
Christian response
That particular IPPF webpage is no longer available, but IPPF’s ‘Famplan’ section boasts of its Youth Advocacy Movement HERE and says HERE that despite ‘cultural barriers and stigma’ Famplan has ‘made its mark’. It is a challenge to the church in Jamaica and to Christian youth in particular. The church needs to identify these strongholds of Satan and take prayer action against them.
As well as confront evildoers, Christians are called to offer up:
1Tim 2:1 … prayers, intercessions, … 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority;
And above all to witness to their Members of Parliament and all others in public life.

Mass Resistance
Moving back to the LGBT agenda, Brian Camenker of US-based Mass Resistance was able to present a speech at a pro-family rally in Jamaica in 2013 hosted by Dr Wayne West.
According to the MassResistance website, ‘Camenker outlined — point by point — the progression that followed once homosexuality was legalized everywhere else — and would surely happen in Jamaica. After legalization comes: gay pride parades; non-discrimination laws; homosexuals’ adoption of children; the homosexual agenda in schools; forcing “gay marriage” on society; public funding to deal with increased homosexual-related social problems; the transgender agenda; large-scale loss of free speech; ban on counseling for kids with homosexual issues; and attacks on churches.’
Russian response
Under President Putin, Russia has been moving to a more pro-family and pro-life stance. It is one of the reasons Russia is now so hated by Western liberals.
In 2015 Russia banned Open Society Foundation from any activities in the country. Indeed, Russia now bans all organisations funded from abroad seeking to undermine the nation’s morals and corrupt its young. In 2013, Russia brought in a federal law ‘for the purpose of protecting children from information advocating for a denial of traditional family values’. Known as the ‘gay propaganda law’, this measure has already proved highly effective at preventing gay activists presenting homosexuality as a norm, or holding gay pride parades. Amnesty International and Western liberal opinion are appalled.
P.S. (Jan 2023) Yet even the UK now demands transparency around the activities of foreign powers. The Foreign Influence Registration Scheme (FIRS) was introduced to the National Security Bill by a government amendment in October 2022. The aim is to deter foreign power use of covert arrangements, activities and proxies, ‘where those activities are directed or carried out by entities established overseas or subject to foreign power control’.
John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Jamaica! Stand firm!
In the face of all the well-funded international pressure to bring Cultural Climate Change to Jamaica, we should be failing in our Christian prophetic duty if we were not to issue a warning to the people of Jamaica of their need to stand firm.
This ministry is therefore available to brief those in authority, diplomats, law-makers and pastors. We were present in Nairobi in November 2019 and are currently working on submissions to members of parliament in Kenya.
In Jamaica, it seems one necessary measure is to compel NGOs and CSOs which receive money from overseas to list each such donation in their annual published accounts. Russia’s example is one that has much to commend it as well.
The CHOGM 2020

Looking ahead to June 2020 and Kigali, delegates from Africa, Asia and the Caribbean should be aware at least one pro-LGBT NGO has achieved affiliate status at the CHOGM. The‘Commonwealth Equality Network’ will ensure the presence of LGBT activists in Kigali. It lists 47 of its ‘member’ LGBT groups across the Commonwealth HERE. An article in the Independent in April 2018 also listed homosexual activists from the UK, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Barbados, Malawi, Tonga, Belize, Malaysia, Seychelles and Australia. Clearly, the Commonwealth white nations are funding all the others.
The UK government may well be on ‘best behaviour’ in June 2020 as Boris Johnson focuses on trade deals. That provides an opportunity for Caribbean, African and Asian nations to put together a pro-family, pro-life resolution. High Commissioners in London could prove instrumental in deciding whether such an approach is feasible, and if so, in organising it, and if not, pondering what else should be done.
The hosting country has great influence, not least in speeches welcoming delegates. It would be helpful if President Paul Kagame could remind assembled nations of the need to respect traditional values, for example.

Research
More research should be done on the funding of pro-LGBT and pro-abortion NGOs, and this ministry stands ready to do whatever the Lord calls us to do to combat the global menace of Cultural Climate Change which threatens to destroy us all.
In particular, we are able to help and even set up pro-life and pro-family groups in the Caribbean. We are already responding to Christians who are establishing Christian Voice affiliates in Africa. This is a movement to stand for righteousness and pray for those in authority whose time is long overdue. Every Christian has a duty to offer up:

And to inform their Members of Parliament and others in public life. And to expect miracles:
2Cor 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;

The dangers of COVID-19 vaccination are increasingly being revealed in reports, research, and documents. These adverse effects include cardiac damage, deaths, fertility problems, and the overall human immune system.
We must commend Rob Slane for an in-depth report on the dangers of vaccination to the immune system. Rob’s article is ‘worth reading in full’.
As research progresses, different classes of antibodies (IgG1 to IgG4) and the way they are affected have also emerged. According to a report, the Pfizer mRNA shot is more likely to cause its recipients to shift toward producing the wrong antibodies.
Normally, the human body would produce IgG1-3 antibodies (particularly IgG3) to target viral infections. But in those who received two or more shots, the immune response now appears to be driven by IgG4 antibodies.
IgG Antibodies Explained
IgG is an abbreviation for immunoglobulin. They are proteins also known as antibodies that fall under five major categories.
The first is the line of mucous guns (IgA) that includes tears, saliva, and blood-related. Secondly, the abundant guns (IgG) are all body fluids related. While the third is IgM which includes big guns- blood and lymph-related.
The fourth type is the allergic gun (IgE ) and it involves the lungs, skin, and mucous membrane-related. Lastly, IgD is the who-knows guns and is gut-related.
The Antibodies Subclasses
IgG antibodies are classified into IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. For the purpose of this piece, we would like to focus on the first and last subclasses.
IgG1 is an antibody type that reacts to the presence of soluble proteins, antigens, and membrane proteins. These are typically found in high concentrations in serum during and after viral infections. Deficiencies in this subclass have been linked to recurring infections.
IgG4 is believed to constitute a veritable antigen “garbage disposal” system, which can attenuate inflammation or protect against type I hypersensitivity by inhibiting IgE activity. Also, it prevents type II and III hypersensitivity by blocking immune complex formation.
Further, IgG4 antibodies are those which help the human body to tolerate allergens such as pollen, bee stings, and peanuts. Click here for more.
What Happens After mRNA Vaccine?
Shortly after the administration of two doses of SARS-CoV-2- mRNA vaccine, this report shows that IgG1 and IgG3 were found to be the predominant IgG subclasses, whereas IgG2 responses were rare and IgG4 responses almost undetectable.
However, the ‘longitudinal evolution’ of all four IgG subclasses in response to mRNA vaccination, particularly their long-term development after the second and the third dose has not yet been analysed.
Why is this so Alarming?
Notably, the relative contribution of IgG4 antibodies to the total pool of anti-IgG increased over time, arguing against a transient expansion of short-lived plasmablasts after the third immunisation. In four individuals IgG4 even became the most prominent IgG subclass after the third immunisation. Specifically, in individuals having experienced an additional infection, IgG4 antibodies accounted for 40–80% of all anti-S antibodies.
This massive shift towards them from IgG1-3 indicates that immune systems are being trained to tolerate, rather than fight, SARS-CoV-2, and potentially other viruses. The Bible says:
Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made with an amazing God-given immune system which the mRNA vaccines appear to be undermining.
Vaccinated yet Infected
There have been reports about vaccinated people being re-infected with much higher symptoms.
Even the BBC reported that there is no evidence that any of the current Covid-19 vaccines can completely stop people from being infected. This has implications for the prospects of achieving herd immunity.
Endurance Idowu, 28, told Christian Voice she has been vaccinated thrice and was still infected afterward.
‘I took the jab three times, but I was surprised to have tested positive’. I do not understand the essence of the vaccine’ she added.
47-year-old Donald Pepple, said,’ There was no way I could have accepted to be injected with a substance that science itself is sceptical about.’
The software engineer further said, ‘I refuse to associate myself and my family with this vaccination. If I have a cold, I know what to do.’
More Calls to Halt the Programme
In an interview with the Daily Sceptic, Japanese Professor, Masanori Fukushima, spoke on COVID-19 vaccine safety issues and the controversies surrounding them.
Professor Fukushima said, “when I heard that the government, EU and USA started the messenger RNA program, my first impression was this is so stupid. Messenger RNA is fragile and should be degraded promptly in the body. But this vaccine is modified and manipulated to be stable and to be incorporated in nanoparticles.”
He further said the cases are accumulating but the government denied causalities even for the autopsied cases. The Professor maintained that there is clear evidence of a significant increase in heart problems and vascular problems such as strokes and pneumonia-like symptoms and others.
Professor Fukushima officially requested the government to disclose the COVID-19 mortality in vaccinated and non-vaccinated people on August 1st. The request was denied. Meanwhile, he is set to sue the government based on the Information Disclosure Act.

What’s More?
Christian Voice in its previous articles asked questions that the authorities have no answer to or have blatantly decided to shield the truth of this vaccine.
The only counter-argument appears to be that Covid itself causes the same heart problems, according to this article by Sarah Knapton in the Daily Telegraph. But Covid affects adversely the elderly and infirm. There can be no reason to vaccinate demographics such as healthy young people, let alone children, against a disease that presents little danger to them with a ‘vaccine’ which can cause them harm.
If this will potentially ruin our immune system as research has shown, why not discontinue the rollout? Why lure innocent people and inject them with substances made from cell lines from aborted fetuses?
It appears, as all too often, that greed is partly at the bottom of this scandal. Big Pharma companies are making a huge amount of money. The Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy:
1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
We are confident that the truth behind these vaccine programmes will not stay hidden forever. As the Lord Jesus himself said:
Matthew 10:26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

Anyone who believes this United Kingdom to be a ‘secular’ nation will have been dismayed by what was read out by Garter King of Arms at St James Palace in London on 10th September 2022 marking the accession of King Charles III:
“Whereas it has pleased almighty God to call to his mercy our late sovereign lady Queen Elizabeth II of blessed and glorious memory, by whose decease the crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is solely and rightfully come to the Prince Charles Philip Arthur George.”
And concluding: “… beseeching God, by whom kings and queens do reign, to bless His Majesty with long and happy years to reign over us.
“God Save the King.”
That proclamation did not make Charles our king. He became king automatically and instantly on the death of his mother. It merely stated that the Privy Council had confirmed him as King. Importantly, it cited scripture:
Proverbs 8:15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. (KJV)
‘Help of Almighty God’
Next, the King was admitted to the room. He read out a declaration and oath before the privy counsellors. In his declaration the King said it was his “sorrowful duty to announce the death of my beloved mother, the Queen””.
Her reign was “unequalled in its duration, its dedication and its devotion,” he said, as the Queen Consort stood nearby.
He added: “I am deeply aware of this great inheritance and of the duties and heavy responsibilities of sovereignty which have now passed to me. In taking up these responsibilities, I shall strive to follow the inspiring example I have been set in upholding constitutional government and to seek the peace, harmony and prosperity of the peoples of these islands and of the Commonwealth realms and territories throughout the world.
“In this purpose, I know that I shall be upheld by the affection and loyalty of the peoples whose sovereign I have been called upon to be, and that in the discharge of these duties I will be guided by the counsel of their elected parliaments.
He added: “And in carrying out the heavy task that has been laid upon me, and to which I now dedicate what remains to me of my life, I pray for the guidance and help of almighty God.”
Christianity in Our Constitution
In his declaration before the Privy Council King Charles III revealed a Biblical understanding present in our constitution of the purpose of the monarchy and hence that of government.
It is ‘to seek the peace, harmony and prosperity’ of those under his rule. In other words, it is not to drag his subjects to needless war or into rebellion against the Almighty. It is not to preside over inequalities before the law. It is not to impoverish the people.
The Christian Voice statement of belief concludes by saying: ‘We believe all government to be under the authority of God and that its purpose is the maintenance of freedom and justice solely in accordance with biblical principles.’
That accords with the first two principles read out by the king, those of peace and harmony. But a look at the scripture shows that government is also there to advance the prosperity of the people.
The Biblical Role of Leaders
The Bible calls for an entirely different kind of leader from those our world is used to. The advice given by Jethro to Moses starts us off:
Exod 18:21 Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:
The Bible says they should be able, God-fearing men of truth, working not for themselves, but for the common good. King David reinforced the point:
2Sam 23:3 The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.
Anyone ruling in the fear of God will be humble and will seek the Lord for wisdom. He will enact laws based on the laws of God, wherein is true justice. The Apostle Paul explains that such a ruler will do good to the righteous, remembering he is the minister of God:
Rom 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
It is helpful to remember the British constitution places the monarch under God. The monarch kneels before God. His ministers kneel before him.
The one under authority has authority, as the centurion in the Gospel told the Lord Jesus, recognising the Lord’s own authority:
Luke 7:8 For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
The one under the authority of God has the greatest authority of any man.
Seek Peace
The Lord God made this promise to king David:
1Chron 22:9 Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.
Peace and quietness are good things that the king should seek. They are things we must pray for, not least out of self-interest:
1Chron Jer 29:7 And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.
The millennial vision is of peace and tranquillity.
Micah 4:4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.
We notice that where there is peace families may plan ahead and prosper. Peace is also conditional on respect and obedience to the Almighty:
Lev 26:2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit…. 6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
Seek Harmony
Harmony speaks of unity and equality before the law. The Romans demanded that whatever religion their citizens followed should be a private matter. In public, citizens were obliged to unite before the gods of Rome. We see that as extreme, but there must be a focus of unity in a commonwealth. In our constitution that unity is found in a monarch under God, just as the Bible said of Israel and Judah:
2Kings 11:17 And Jehoiada made a covenant between the LORD and the king and the people, that they should be the LORD’S people; between the king also and the people.
Next year, Archbishop Welby will stand in for Jehoiada the priest and fulfil the same function, anointing the king just as Zadok anointed Solomon.
There will be no war fought over who should accede to the throne. Garter King of Arms made that perfectly clear: ‘the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is solely and rightfully come to the Prince Charles Philip Arthur George.’
Flowing from unity is equality before the law:
Exod 12:49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
This is the reason we object to sharia intruding into our legal system. Sharia is another law and another law comes from another system of belief. The Bible does not provide for that, the Romans would not allow that and nor should we. The unbelieving Jews in Thessalonia accused the disciples thus:
Acts 17:7 … these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one Jesus.
Exactly. The disciples did not deny the point. Our king is under that same King of kings, one Jesus.
Seek Prosperity
Wherever the Bible speaks of prosperity it is a good thing to have. We saw that above in the man in his family possession, under his fig tree. The Bible speaks approvingly of Rehoboam, the rebellious son of Solomon, upon his repentance:
2Chron 12:12 And when he humbled himself, the wrath of the LORD turned from him, that he would not destroy him altogether: and also in Judah things went well.
‘Things went well’ in Judah. That is what we want as well. And the Bible shows us how our rulers ensure it happens. It is not by trusting in their own wisdom, but in the Almighty.
Information Theory teaches that no organism can even understand itself, let alone anything bigger. The human brain will never understand the human brain. How much less can we work out how society is to be organised. Politicians can pass all the laws they want in the flesh, but unintended consequences always turn up. Then it is either double down or go back to the drawing board. How much better to go in the first place to the Creator, who set out, in his word, how to organise human society?
Prov 14:12(cf 16:25) There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
We need to pray for the absence of covetousness in our leaders coupled with their adherence to the Great Commandment, expressed in the conversation between our Lord and the lawyer asking the way to eternal life:
Luke 10:26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
If our leaders love God and love us, their neighbours, as themselves, they will want to prosper us, not themselves. They will certainly never set out to impoverish us, or enact measures that will have that effect.
But what if they do so through stupidity? We have come all the way back to seeking wisdom in humility before ‘God, by whom kings and queens do reign.’
PRAY for King Charles III to seek the Lord in humility for wisdom and obedience and to make sure his government does the same. ‘To seek the peace, harmony and prosperity of the peoples of these islands and of the Commonwealth realms and territories throughout the world.’

Many articles have been written in the last couple of weeks arguing that her late majesty moved with the times, ensuring the monarchy stayed ‘relevant’ to a changing world.
Plainly Queen Elizabeth did that. She re-branded the monarchy as the ‘Royal Family’, allowing the cameras of the BBC to film her household and their activities for the 1969 film of that very name.
Earlier, she approved the televising of her coronation in June 1953, and during all her reign ensured cameras followed her as she met and talked with celebrities and ordinary people alike.
Preserving The Monarchy
She was not the first monarch to do such things. Her father, George VI, and especially her grandfather, George V, also innovated, using technology to bring the monarchy closer to the people. George V introduced walkabouts, meeting ordinary people as well as opening events and buildings. It was he who made the first royal Christmas broadcast. Incidentally, it was also George V who initiated the first ever royal lying-in-state, that of his late father Edward VII.

Commentators have recalled what they saw as her late majesty’s false step of comforting Princes William and Harry after the death of their mother, Diana, instead of immediately travelling to London to address the nation.
But gradually she seized the initiative and set the right tone, including the bow to Diana’s coffin at her funeral. So her late majesty saved the monarchy at a time when apparently, it could have fallen. Her decisions over the problems caused by the Duke of York and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were also taken, clearly, with the institution of the monarchy at the forefront of her mind.
Cannot Be the Sole Purpose
Nevertheless, if the sole purpose of the monarchy becomes preserving the monarchy, then there is no purpose to it at all. The same applies to any institution. If a church sees its purpose as keeping its buildings intact and its services going, when coffee mornings and jumble sales become its most important activities, it has similarly lost the plot.
It is the same with the ministry of Christian Voice. We are not here just to go through the motions. We must be moving forward, seizing new opportunities, responding to the Lord’s calling. ‘Your achievements are not upholstery’, the playwright Alan Bennett told the young reporter, ‘You cannot sit down in them.’ Or as the prophet Zephaniah said, the Lord will punish those men who stop working, the complacent, the ones (Zeph 1:12) ‘settled on their lees’.
Continuity
Neither is it enough for the monarchy to be a tourist attraction, even though some of the hospitality sector depends on the ceremonial of such spectacles as Trooping the Colour and the State Opening of Parliament.
Even her Majesty’s lying in state brought people from all over the world just to stand in a queue for sixteen hours and file past her coffin draped in the royal standard. She was not just famous. Over her life, Her Majesty became the most famous person in the world.
The Bible does not endorse monarchy as such. From the Bible we see the most important thing, whatever system of government is in place, is that nations as well as individuals follow the laws of God and that God’s people pray for their leaders. Nevertheless, good arguments can be made in favour of a constitutional monarchy over a presidency. It costs less, it’s unifying, it relieves the head of the legislature of the burdens of ceremonial functions, it provides a certain stability and it benefits the economy.
Diplomacy
Meeting Queen Elizabeth was an event for foreign leaders. A state visit either way was the best thing any head of state could secure. Even without that, her Government were able to use her majesty to diplomatic effect.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph, the editor of the Spectator, Fraser Nelson, gave an example: ‘When David Cameron was trying everything to persuade Angela Merkel to back his attempt to renegotiate Britain’s EU membership, British diplomats in Berlin were asking what she wanted most. The answer came back: what she would like, above all else, was a cup of tea with the Queen.
‘An offer of an audience with her, or any member of the Royal family, held more allure for world leaders than all of the other potential inducements put together. So it’s not just Polish plumbers and American backpackers who are drawn to the Crown, going out of their way to be physically present to royalty. The world’s most powerful, most outspoken people were willing to do almost anything to meet this silent woman who held no power at all.’
Focus for National Identity
The royal.gov website says this: ‘As Head of State, The Monarch undertakes constitutional and representational duties which have developed over one thousand years of history. In addition to these State duties, The Monarch has a less formal role as ‘Head of Nation’. The Sovereign acts as a focus for national identity, unity and pride; gives a sense of stability and continuity; officially recognises success and excellence; and supports the ideal of voluntary service.’
The ‘stability and continuity’ has been most eloquently expressed over recent days in the exclamation, ‘The Queen is dead; long live the King!’ There is never a moment when our nation and the fourteen other Commonwealth Realms do not have a king or queen on their throne. Elected officers of state come and go, the offices themselves may arise or be discarded, but the institution of the monarchy under God has now a permanence in this islands for which we thank God. But is there more even than that?
Monarchy Embodies The People
We saw in the ceremony of burying the late queen and greeting a new king how an acknowledgement of Jesus Christ as King of kings is woven in to our constitution. We invoke the name of God in times of crisis and to make events in our ceremonial. The late queen did and the new king will place the monarch under God in the coronation.
Writing on the DailySceptic website, political scientist Dr James Alexander argued that the monarchy embodies the people. Speaking of the late queen, he wrote: ‘She stood for everyone. This is what ‘service’ means: … It meant standing for us, acting for us, in some manner being us: standing for us over the ministers, standing for us before God.’
But how much impact does the Christian faith have in our legislation? Did the late queen ever realise that standing for us before God and over her ministers meant she had a role to safeguard the people and this realm against an over-weening executive?
In a sense, our monarch embodies our corporate identity as a nation. That also means a responsibility is laid on his or her shoulders, not just to serve the people, but to answer for them. As our Lord said:
Mark 9:35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
Luke 12:48b For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
Unrighteous Laws
We have previously catalogued the unrighteous laws passed during the reign of Her Majesty. She could ‘move with the times’ in making the monarchy more accessible, but the civil laws of God are as eternal and unchanging as the law of gravity. Daniel (7:25) says it is the antichrist who ‘shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws’.
In Britain in Sin we showed that by 1998 the UK had already legislated against every single one of the Ten Commandments. Every unrighteous law, from the Abortion Act 1967, the Sexual Offences Act 1967, through the Maastrict Treaty, the legalisation of gambling and same-sex ‘‘marriage’, all the way to the Coronavirus Act 2020, received royal assent.
The monarch’s prerogative powers are also exercised by ministers but done in her or his name. As head of the Armed Forces, the Queen invaded Iraq, supported the jihadists in Syria, sent her troops into Afghanistan and destabilised Libya.
We know our monarch only acts on the advice of her ministers. University College London say: ‘The Queen reigns, but she does not rule. Ruling is done by her government, and as head of state in the UK the Queen is constitutionally obliged to follow the government’s advice.’ So we recognise delivery of the coronation vow, to maintain the laws of God, depends on a group of ambitious, ruthless, self-serving men and women whom we call the queen’s, or now the king’s, ministers. It would possibly engender a constitutional crisis, perhaps leading to a general election, should the monarch refuse royal assent or military action.
Nevertheless, before it reaches that stage, did the late queen not have more power, at least more influence, than she chose to exercise? Was there not some advice or warning her majesty could have given her prime ministers that such things flew in the face of the laws of God? Did she know they were ungodly measures or activities?
Come to that, could we ourselves be at fault for not writing more often to her majesty to explain these matters in the past? If so, we shall not make that mistake again.
PRAY: Thank God for stability in our United Kingdom. We do not take it for granted. It is itself a gift of the grace of God. Pray for national repentance, for a turning back to God in every area of our national life. Pray he will inform us, embolden us and use us to speak truth to power in the days ahead.

A Member of Parliament has told MPs that a leading figure in the British Heart Foundation is suppressing evidence that the Covid vaccines cause heart damage.
Speaking in the House of Commons on 14th December 2022 Andrew Bridgen called for the immediate cessation of all Covid vaccines describing it as ‘clear and robust data of significant harms and little ongoing benefit’. He said a conspiracy of silence was preventing a wider discussion about the issue.

‘Covering up clear data’
The Conservative MP for North West Leicestershire said, ‘It has also been brought to my attention by a whistle-blower from a very reliable source that one of these institutions is covering up clear data that reveals that the mRNA vaccine increases inflammation of the heart arteries.’
‘It is covering this up for fear that it may lose funding from the pharmaceutical industry,’ he added.
Mr Bridgen went on, ‘The lead of that cardiology research department has a prominent leadership role with the British Heart Foundation, and I am disappointed to say that he has sent out non-disclosure agreements to his research team to ensure that this important data never sees the light of day.’ Watch the Video HERE. ‘That is an absolute disgrace. Systemic failure in an over-medicated population also contributes to a huge waste of British taxpayer’s money and increasing strain on the NHS,’ he added.
More Evidence
Former Australian federal MP Dr. Kerryn Phelps revealed she and her partner both suffered serious and ongoing injuries from Covid vaccines while suggesting the true rate of adverse events is far higher than acknowledged due to under-reporting and “threats” from medical regulators.
In addition, a local paper reports that an Australian scientist who was unable to work for eight months due to a debilitating neurological reaction he blames on the Covid shot has compared the treatment of people suffering vaccine injuries to that of returning Vietnam War veterans with health issues.
Dr. Rado Faletic has slammed the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) adverse event reporting process, saying that despite submitting multiple reports, the medicines regulator tasked with vaccine safety surveillance was “simply uninterested” in investigating his symptoms.
‘I’m similar to thousands of Aussies. After the vaccine I had a huge constellation of symptoms from head to toe,he said.’ The 46-year-old described it as similar to “mutant long Covid”.
‘Living with Covid’
Responding to the debate, Health Minister Maria Caulfield said Mr Bridgen was entitled to his view. She criticised his statement, without actually contradicting it:
‘There is no doubt in my mind that, despite the personal protective equipment, social distancing and infection control, the thing that made the biggest difference in combating covid was the introduction of the vaccine.’
Ms Caulfield claimed that vaccines have underpinned the government’s strategy of ‘living with Covid’. She concluded: ‘We have launched a nationwide campaign to encourage people to come forward this winter to get their booster. I recommend that people do that safe in the knowledge that the vaccine is safe for people to have.’
There is a scandal here waiting to come out. Our Lord Jesus said: Matthew 10:26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
Meanwhile, the British Heart Foundation has denied knowledge of the allegations.
Social Reactions
Members of the public reacted to the assertions made by MP Andrew Bridgen over Covid vaccines. James Freeman, a former MEP, tweeted: ‘While a leader at the British Heart Foundation allegedly sat on research showing a direct link between mRNA jabs and heart issues, it was publishing info on its web page downplaying the risks!’
Earlier in December 2022, a study into the risks of the vaccines from Germany raised a storm. In Daily Sceptic, Will Jones commented: ‘The report, published in Clinical Research in Cardiology, the official journal of the German Cardiac Society, detailed autopsies carried out at Heidelberg University Hospital in 2021. Led by Thomas Longerich and Peter Schirmacher, it found that in five deaths that occurred within a week of the first or second dose of vaccination with Pfizer or Moderna, inflammation of the heart tissue due to an autoimmune response triggered by the vaccine had likely or possibly caused the death.’
That prompted ‘fact-checking’ website Health Feedback (who funds it?) To rage: ‘No, a German “autopsy report” didn’t show COVID-19 vaccines as “likely” cause of sudden deaths.’
Agreed, but it did say that five of the thirty-five deaths had no other plausible explanation. There certainly seem to be more reports around of healthy people with no pre-existing conditions suddenly dying from heart disease. And Drs Longerich and Schirmacher were very conservative with the deaths they attributed ‘possibly or likely’ to the vaccine.
Has a crime been committed?
On 13th December 2022, Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis filed a petition to empanel a statewide grand jury to investigate whether members of the pharmaceutical industry committed crimes by recommending COVID-19 vaccines.
Gov. DeSantis rose to national prominence during the global pandemic when he took repeated actions against COVID-19 precautions and mandates.
According to Gov. DeSantis, big pharma has a notorious history of misleading the public for financial gain, and the development, promotion, and distribution of vaccines purported to prevent Covid-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission” by companies such as Pfizer and Moderna may constitute actionable fraud.
Some commentators have suggested Mr DeSantis is trying to take ground previously occupied by Donald Trump, but be that as it may, his actions are in stark contrast to those of either the US or UK establishments.
Christian Voice position
Moreover, according to a Christian Voice report, figures released by the Office for National Statistics show that those in the 10-59 age range who have received the second dose of Covid vaccine are roughly twice as likely to die from all causes as those who remain unvaccinated.
In an article on Covid vaccines, The National Director of Christian Voice said:
‘In the meantime, you may have had a Covid vaccine and survived. Praise God. The overwhelming majority do so. But for those who are unlucky or outside the Lord’s gracious protection as stated here:
‘Psalm 91:5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
‘… (and it’s interesting that the psalmist refers to a thousand and ten thousand) could fall victim to a vaccine-induced premature death. Yes, the psalm promises the Lord’s protection. So does our gracious Lord himself, to his disciples:
‘Mark 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
‘But he does not mean we should deliberately put ourselves in harm’s way. And on this ONS data, that is exactly what having the vaccine jab does.’
Physicians of No Value
In the oldest book in the Bible, Job complained to his friends: Job 13:4 But ye are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value.
As she wound up her response to Mr Bridgen, Maria Caulfield disclosed ‘the MHRA has licensed the vaccine for babies, but that has not yet been approved by the JCVI.’
Why is a vaccine being licensed for children, let alone babies, when it is of no benefit to them at all? Physicians of no value have plainly not become extinct.
It appears, as all too often, that avarice is partly at the bottom of this scandal. The Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy:
1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
In addition, Mr Bridgen suggested policymakers and the UK mainstream media were afflicted with ‘wilful blindness’. They ‘turn a blind eye to the truth in order to feel safe, reduce anxiety, avoid conflict and protect their prestige and reputations.’
But also the establishment, the government, the quangos and the media have invested so much political capital in their whole Covid strategy they feel they cannot back down. To quote Sir Humphrey from the comedy ‘Yes, Minister’, the entire policy has been ‘wrong, but frightfully well carried out.’

A Christian café and bookshop owner in Gedling has decided to appeal a court judgment ordering her to pay a fine of £21,000 over a claimed ‘covid-19 breach’.
The Nottingham Crown Court ordered Christine Stala to pay £10,560 in fines plus £11,190 in council and legal costs.
Mustard Seed owner in Gedling maintains she did nothing wrong to attract such punishment.
Christine Stala said, ‘ I will rather go to prison than pay a penny.’
‘ I have not done anything wrong. This is clearly extortion and I will not accept it.’
Ms Christine acted based on her believes and the word of our Lord Jesus Christ. Psalm 104:23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
Further, the Bible says: 2 Thessalonians 3:10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
Mustard Seed boss said she is in the hands of God and perfectly at peace with the situation, knowing that all will be to the glory of God.
The date for the appeal is unknown.
Earlier Fines
Christine Stala has been fined for repeatedly opening during the Covid-19 lockdown.
The Nottinghamshire Christian shop, was served a closure order in November 2020 after refusing to shut.
Earlier this year, she lost an appeal over a court fine.
Meanwhile, officers previously claimed they had reports of ’40 to 50′ people inside the cafe between 12 and 19 November 2020. The shop was served with a three-month closure order.
At the time, England was under its second lockdown from 31 October until 2 December which required hospitality venues to close.
The business faced fixed penalty notices totalling around £17,000 and when these were not paid, the case went to court.
Amongst other fine, the bookshop owner was also ordered to pay a £190 victim surcharge and £510 in earlier court costs.
Covid-19 Lies
During the restrictions, Ms Stala, of Cornwall’s Hill, Lambley, told newsmen the government’s figures on infection and death rates were unbelievable.
The café owner also maintained that the 800-year-old Magna Carta document gave her the right to remain open.
At the hearing, Judge Jacqueline Coe said, ‘these were deliberate breaches, she had in fact admitted three of them, although today she continues to deny any wrongdoing.’
The judge claimed those regulations were put in place to protect people and the NHS from the threat of the coronavirus. Ecclesiastes 5:18 Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion.
Again the Bible says, 1 Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
Also, our Lord in the Scriptures say, Proverbs 12:24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
No government had or has the power to forbid what God commends. And did they consider the costs of lockdown? Luke 14:28-30 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
The Magna Carta Document
The Magna Carta is an 800-year-old bill signed by King John in 1215. Individuals and groups were granted rights and liberties through charters issued by lords throughout society, including the king. Although its form was standard at the time, Magna Carta was the result of a political crisis and an uprising by England’s leading men.
Of the 63 declarations in the original charter, three parts remain relevant to British modern law.
They are; the guarantee of freedom for the church, the guarantee of the liberties and customs of the city of London, and the guarantee of trial by jury.
Trial by jury in the Magna Carta document states that ‘no free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled.’ It said no person should be deprived of his standing in any way, nor will we proceed with force against him, except under the judgment of the law of the land.
Christian Responsibility
Previous reports on Christian Voice have shown our view on Covid-19 and lockdowns.
There should never have been a lockdown in the first place, let alone arresting Christians for being in business.
It is our duty as Christians to stand by our values regardless of the situation.

Scotland’s NHS service is planning to fast-track irreversible surgeries for people who believe they are the opposite sex, according to the Telegraph. A report by the service claims ‘barriers’ to gender reassignment surgery need to be removed and operations made more widely available. These operations include mastectomies, breast implants, and genital reassignment, as well as hormone treatments. The document also claims the new plan can ‘benefit’ patients who identify as a different gender. Furthermore, the report includes a suggestion that GPs rather than specialists be allowed to send patients for procedures. It says a single opinion is enough to refer for surgery in most cases.
Mental health issue
The group that wrote the report named it SPATH (Scottish Pathway for Trans Healthcare) in an apparent attempt to link itself to WPATH. World Association for Transgender Health(WPATH) is a group that advocates gender surgery for adolescents. Firstly, the report states that counselling or psychotherapy examining gender identity is not a prerequisite for any gender-affirming healthcare. This means that people could be sent for operations without any interrogation of alternative reasons for gender dysphoria. Additionally, It adds that no one is expected to describe their sexuality or current gender identity in stereotypical ways in order to access gender-affirming healthcare. ‘Access to hormones and surgeries can act as a prophylactic measure against distress. A person who identifies as a different gender can have persistent gender incongruence without distress and can still benefit from gender-affirming hormones or surgeries.’
Quick Fix?

A director with the For Women Scotland campaign group (FWS), said surgeries on healthy bodies should not be seen as a quick fix. Trina Budge added that there was no proof they resolved gender dysphoria. ‘This now appears to be a service to fast-track surgeries selected by the patient, to satisfy how they wish to look, rather than any clinical attempt to address a mental health issue’, she said. Meanwhile, Nicola Sturgeon’s government has urged Lady Haldane(Judge) to dismiss a case brought by FWS. The campaign group insists it is quite clear that UK legislation allows a male to become legally female. FWS argues that the change which the government hopes would boost the number of persons identifying as a different gender, is unlawful under the Equality Act. However, Ruth Crawford, KC, representing the government, believes that a person born male could be legally seen as a woman under the 2004 Gender Recognition Act.
‘Very troubling indeed’
The plans to enforce these rules in Scotland follow approaches advocated by a group called the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). The organisation assert that it is unethical for medical professionals to stop children from receiving the treatment if they want to stop developing into the wrong sex. WPATH also suggests the age at which children should be able to receive such treatment should be lowered to 14. Dr David Bell, a whistleblower at England’s Gender Identity Service for children(GIDS) even said it was ‘very troubling indeed’ to see the Scottish moving in this direction. ‘We have an ethical duty towards young people and adults not to treat things at face value,’ he added. Christian Voice in several articles has said in accordance with the Bible that healthy people require no medications. Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Is it not harmful to society that young people will as a result of these new treatments make decisions that will have an adverse effect on their lives?
State-endorsed form of ‘social transition’
A spokesman for NHS Scotland said the organisation would soon submit its final recommendations for a new treatment to SNP ministers. ‘This new protocol draws upon the widest appropriate evidence base and relevant clinical data,’ he added. Subject to Scottish Government approval, it will replace the current arrangements. This will date from 2012 and determine gender reassignment pathways throughout NHS Scotland.
The Issue
Aside from the cost of living crisis, the treatment of gender and sexuality in children and adolescents is still a topic of public debate. The first shock came from psychoanalyst Dr. Marcus Evans, who served on the board of Tavistock Gender Identity Development Services (GIDS). The consultant quit his job after denouncing that doctors were subjected to censorship at the clinic.
They expressed concern, for example, about the hurried procedures that resulted in ‘inadequate clinical assessments’ and premature interventions on young patients. Dr. Evans also revealed that many of his colleagues were under attack from activist groups to keep the issue secret.
The Big Regret
The case of a 26-year-old female(now Sam) who underwent a double mastectomy and hormone therapy to become male is worth reading. The young lady, decided to pay for private therapy sessions when she began to question her gender identity at the age of 21. This follows a two and a half years wait period for an NHS appointment. She was initially thrilled to have had a private appointment, and after an online self-diagnosis was given the go-ahead to begin hormone therapy and undergo a double mastectomy. Just two years after the hormone treatment and a double mastectomy, she began suffering health complications. The young woman realised a full gender reassignment surgery was not the answer. By the time her initial NHS appointment came through, it fully dawned on her she had made a mistake and tried to seek help to re-transition. After two years of taking hormones, she began to suffer vaginal atrophy and decided to opt out of the gender reassignment surgery. She has transitioned back to living as a woman.
Other Cases
The story above is not an isolated case. As reported on our website, the stories are piling up of young people who change their gender and eventually regret it. A related organisation referred to as Detransition Advocacy Network was formed to bring them together. Meanwhile, hundreds of young adults are turning to the organisation. They are protesting that hormone treatment has not solved their problems. At the same time, the number of minors who turn to GIDS is increasing exponentially. In 2009, there were 77 children and adolescents. Ten years later, there are already 2590 referrals per year. What has caused this increase? Ideology? Interest? Or just a greater awareness of gender dysphoria? The Telegraph wrote that 35 doctors resigned from the GIDS, much like Dr. Evans in order to resist pressure from the campaign group Mermaids.
Scriptural and Scientific Evidence
The Bible in different chapters has made clear God’s intentions for mankind. Any attempt to alter God’s creation will eternally not bring peace except in the place of repentance. Mark 10:6-7 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female…For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife. Genesis 5:1-2 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him… Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. Dr. Paul McHugh, a professor of psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, says that ‘transgendered’ men do not become women, nor do ‘transgendered’ women become men. Research online maintains that sex reassignment does not adequately address the psychosocial difficulties faced by people who identify as transgender. Even when the procedures are successful technically and cosmetically. In cultures that are relatively ‘trans-friendly,’ transitioners still face poor outcomes. The Guardian summarised the results of a review by Birmingham University’s Aggressive Research Intelligence Facility(ARIF). ARIF concludes that none of the studies provides conclusive evidence that gender reassignment is beneficial for patients.
