When the world’s elite use common phrases, they don’t mean what you think they mean.

First Person Plural
Let’s take a look at Sir Keir Starmer’s Valentine’s Day message to his “lovers” at the February 2026 Munich Security Conference.
“His lovers”? I hear you cry. Don’t worry — there’ll be some supporting scripture.
Sir Keir went all pro-EU and anti-Brexit, and that’s what the pro-Brexit media have concentrated on. But I want to look at his use of the first-person plural — “we”, “our” and “ours” — to let you in on the Global Establishment’s world.

I have to set the scene. Obviously, in Western Europe, Russia is a big bogeyman, so that’s where Starmer started: “Russia has proved its appetite for aggression, bringing terrible suffering to the Ukrainian people.”
Ah, geopolitics. It is never entirely as it seems, but that is the EU line, for sure. He went on:
’Our’ Social Contract
“Its hybrid threats extend across our continent, not just threatening our security, but tearing at our social contract.”
“Our” there does not mean yours or mine. It means theirs. It’s their continent, their security, and what they think is their social contract. Because I don’t know how the Russians could have undermined the social contract or social order of the United Kingdom any more than a succession of home-grown politicians over the last twenty-five years.
You’ve had the Tony Blair encouragement of mass migration, the Boris wave, and now the Starmer surge.

Migration over 19 months in office

In the nineteen months since Labour came to power in July 2024, a total of 65,922 people — overwhelmingly young men, have crossed the English Channel in small boats.
That’s nudging 850 a week, which is one and a half 581-room Britannia Canary Wharf migrant hotels. The invention of multiculturalism and the flood of Muslims has all but destroyed British society. Jewish people now go in fear of Muslim violence, and Hindus and Christians will be next on the list. That has happened on Keir Starmer’s watch. And he accuses the Russians of “tearing at our social contract”?
He went on to accuse the Russians of: “Collaborating with populists to undermine our values. Using disinformation to sow division. Using cyber-attacks and sabotage to disrupt our lives and deepening the cost-of-living crisis.”
It’s the Russians to blame, not us!
Working backwards — so it’s the Russians to blame for our cost-of-living crisis. It’s nothing to do with the unscriptural tax impositions he and his Chancellor have piled on the people.
“Using disinformation to sow division.” Division here means discussion and debate. He means nothing must compete with government propaganda. Anything contrary is “disinformation”. Well, tough, Keir, you are in the social media age now, and dissenting voices will be heard.

So the Russians are “collaborating with populists to undermine our values.” I’ve seen no evidence to support that slur, but there is the “our” again — our values. He does not mean your values or mine. He means their values — those of the establishment.
And he persisted with that line only days after the scandal broke where the Labour Together think tank and senior Labour figures, including Josh Simons MP, a government minister, smeared journalists with the same Russia line. (Guardian link above is worth a read!)
’Our’ democracy
By the way, when you hear “our democracy” it’s the same idea. It’s their democracy, that which keeps them in power.
And they are prepared to rip up actual democracy with legal action — in Germany, Romania, France, or in England — to try to stop elections altogether to stop populists gaining office and thereby destroying “their democracy”. Don’t expect logic, justice, truth, or coherence from them.
You know, when ancient Israel received their covenant with God and His laws, they boasted about it, here in Deuteronomy chapter 4:
Deut 4:8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

“The great British values”
So what are the values of the British establishment which are so great?

We have gay marriage, drag queen story hour, pornographic sex education, abortion on demand, puberty-blocker trials, net zero, de-industrialisation, welfarism, antisemitism, divorce on demand — none of them in any party manifesto — all just imposed on us by our leaders, leading to unrestrained sexual licence coupled with a declining population, all while harbouring the seeds of an Islamic sectarian takeover, which none of us voted for, but which would be no more than God’s righteous judgment on an elite who have chosen the ways of death.
To be fair, Sir Keir did mention the rule of law. But even that brings to mind the two-tier justice he has encouraged, contrary to scripture, and the Muslim grooming gangs.
Multiculturalism
And yes, multiculturalism — which was never in a manifesto — is one of his values. He said: “True to the vibrant, free, diverse societies that we represent, showing that people who look different to each other can live peacefully together.”

Tell that to the Jewish synagogue in Manchester, or the victims of the London or Manchester Arena bombings.
He knows the population don’t agree with him, because he argued: “But this isn’t against the tenor of our times.” Increasingly, Prime Minister, it really is. And then, would you believe it — hot on the heels of the King’s Christmas message — out came “diversity is our strength” again: “Rather, it’s what makes us strong, as we’re prepared to defend it with everything that we have.”
Are we? The Psalmist says it is unity which brings a blessing, not diversity:
Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
EU’s Values
And what of the values of Keir’s EU audience?

Last year the European Commission adopted a full LGBTIQ+ equality strategy.
Only last week the European Parliament voted to impose trans ideology across the EU. (Read this approving article: European Parliament Votes Overwhelmingly For “The Full Recognition Of Trans Women As Women”)
Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary, says the danger to his nation comes more from the EU now than from Russia. You can see why.
’We’ will need to fight
Going all warlike, our Prime Minister vowed:“And yes, if necessary, we must be ready to fight. To do whatever it takes to protect our people, our values, and our way of life.”
Did he say “protect our people”? When did the UK or EU elite last prioritise the people over themselves? And look, there are “our values” and “our way of life” popping up again. You know what that means now.
I loved the “we” in “we’re prepared to defend our diversity” and “we must be ready to fight.” Be sure about this. Sir Keir and the assembled dignitaries are not going to any frontline — nor their families. So who are the “we”?
“We” here means they expect you to go to war — and if you are a parent, to send your sons, and to our shame, your daughters, into battle to protect their values and their very comfortable way of life.
Gen-Z reluctant to fight for Britain
Well, a survey conducted last year by The Times in partnership with YouGov showed that only 1 in 10 of military-age Gen Z (18–27) would fight for Britain. Only two in five are proud of their country. Back in 2004, a similar survey found twice as many expressing pride.

Forty-one percent of today’s Gen Z said in no circumstances would they take up arms for their country. If the Russians were landing on the beaches the response could be different, but it may well be that after Covid, Net Zero, and their failure to define a woman, Gen Z — like many of us — do not trust a word of what our current leaders say about the alleged Russian threat, or anything.
The propaganda, which Hermann Goering famously said is all those in power need to get ordinary people to sign up, might not work any more in the social media age — of which, as we saw earlier, the ruling class are terrified.
Sir Keir’s ‘lovers’
So now you know the language and the mindset of the elite. And what about Sir Keir’s “lovers”? That leads to our prayer. When ancient Israel went away from the Lord, the prophet Ezekiel stressed the spiritual aspect and likened their treachery to adultery as they trusted in alliances with pagan nations:
Ezekiel 16:33 They give gifts to all whores: but thou givest thy gifts to all thy lovers, and hirest them, that they may come unto thee on every side for thy whoredom.
When he wrote that, it was already too late. Israel, followed by Judah, had gone into captivity. The judgment had fallen.

And today, Ezekiel’s words perfectly sum up Sir Keir’s Chagos surrender, as well as giving away fishing rights to the EU, planned EU “dynamic alignment”, his kow-towing to China over their spy embassy in London, and their imprisonment of journalist Jimmy Lai.
And the man even had the effrontery to tell the Munich elite: “And I will always fight for what’s best for my country.” (Check out our story and video on ‘Keir Starmer’s Art of the Deal‘)
Pray for the Lord to raise up able, humble, God-fearing, honest men of truth to lead us. (Exod 18:21)
Because unless and until our smug, self-satisfied establishment once more trust and obey the Lord Jesus — the King of kings of our Christian constitution — then our nation is finished, invaded, and it won’t be the Russians doing it.
