This is quite a good video for people who know little about the subject, and was designed mainly for Americans I suppose. I don’t understand what it’s doing here, though.
They forgot to mention that Montenegro uses the euro exclusively, while being much bigger than San Marino and having no formal relationship with the EU. I myself have strolled in and out of both San Marino and Vatican City. They must have a de facto Schengen-style agreement with Italy.
It should come as no surprise that Europe is complicated. The Holy Roman Empire was complicated. The British Empire was complicated. Andorra, Monaco and San Marino have been there a long time (longer than the USA, actually). It’s nice to see that the European Union can be so flexible.
One could make a little video about all the colonies of the USA which they never actually call colonies …..I believe Eastern Samoa was actually administered as a ship in the US Navy, at one time !
This would probably be very interesting if it were possible to play it at quarter speed. I gave up watching it half-way through – the speaker spoke so fast I couldn’t keep up with him. Honestly, it is a waste of time putting this video on the website.
What a mess! But it is part of the end time plan to unite man as in the days when man spoke only one language and thought he was clever enough to do anything like God.
God acted: Genesis 11:9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. {Babel: that is, Confusion}
We have the African Union, ASEAN , Arab league and North and South American forms of Union plus the UN .All we need now is the charismatic world leader to bring it all together. Trying to undo what God did is futile as are man’s efforts to unite man under a man. The EU is confusion as witnessed by thousands of pathetic regulations on for example when is and apple not an apple or its inability to sort out the Gibraltar dispute. There is also a brainwashing going on telling people how great this pseudo-democratic federal Europe EU is and condemning century’s old national cultures and practices ie national pride and patriotism.
All of this goes along with the moral deterioration of society; the destruction of the environment in pursuit of profit; the globalisation of the world economy where the poor remain poor and even large parts of the developed world like in the UK have a growing poor segment (rise and need for food banks, etc); and above all, the apostasy in the contemporary church.
I think David would be complaining that Europe was in more of a mess in 1940 or 1915 or 1848 or 1810, or on many previous occasions less well remembered in Britain. In the Thirty Years War, the Swedish army destroyed a third of the towns in Germany, for example. Such activities form a large part of centuries’ old national practices. Give me any day a pseudo-democratic Europe with committees arguing about the size and shape of apples and cucumbers. It may be reminiscent of Swift or Voltaire, but little harm can come from it.
There is a Christian point which the video very nearly touches on. Andorra has not yet produced any coins in the euro currency, and some of its first designs were rejected, because they included an image of Christ. The EU is religiously neutral. However, Britain is more tolerant, and Her Majesty must have approved the 20p of Gibraltar which depicts an image of the Virgin Mary as “Our Lady of Europe”.
Archbishops' Council Europe Policy explained:
A single Church of England official was behind a pro-EU submission by the Archbishops' Council to the House of...

The best explanationof what the European Union is really about it would be better to view the video ‘The Rape of Europe’ by David Hathaway .http://www.propheticvision.org.uk/shop/index.asp
