Health Secretary the Rt Hon. Wes Streeting MP has attacked the NHS over its diversity schemes.

He said a member of staff boasted of her ‘anti-whiteness’ as part of what he called a ‘daft’ Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda. She’s Dr Florencia Gysbertha, a psychologist, who, when she moonlights, charges £100 per session for her ‘counselling’.
“The ideological hobby horses need to go,” the Health Secretary continued. As indeed have all Dr Florencia’s posts on LinkedIn.
Not that Mr Streeting is against EDI, which in fact promotes not equality but division, not diversity but conformity and not inclusion but exclusion of Christians and, frankly, anyone with a brain. He merely says the “misguided” agendas are setting back EDI’s ungodly cause.
35 EDI roles have been advertised since Sir Keir Starmer’s Government took power. That is one every week. Some posts offered salaries of more than £80,000.

Between them, these unbiblical roles paid out more than £750,000, which could have funded more than 600 new hospital beds.
Previous Health Secretary Steve Barclay MP carried out the analysis. During his time as Tory health secretary he ordered NHS chiefs not to create specialist inclusion roles. He had no better results than will Mr Streeting. They need to repent and put God first:

Cass report ignored
Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust posted an advert for an EDI geek on the very same day that the Wes made his speech.
It has “pay enhancements”, an “excellent pension” and the ability to work from home, you’ll be glad to know. Indeed, NHS Trusts have even ignored the Cass Report into the shameful abuse carried out by gender outfits like the Tavistock.
That has now closed, only for NHS trusts to be opening six new Son of Tavistock children’s gender clinics by 2026. Figures released just yesterday have revealed that the mutilation of ‘top surgery’, where evil surgeons remove young women’s healthy breasts, is currently being inflicted by NHS Trusts on one thousand young women a year.

“NHS trusts self-governing”
Why is such monstrosity taking place? Why do these NHS Trusts appear to act as if they are a law unto themselves? It’s because they are.
The National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 made NHS trusts self-governing, responsible only to themselves. The Health and Social Care Act 2012 set up the NHS Commissioning Board which was then renamed NHS England (qv).
At a time of shocking depravity in ancient Israel, the very last verse of the Bible’s book of Judges complains:
Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did what was right in his own eyes.
Likewise, there is no king, in the shape of His Majesty’s Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, in the quangocracy of NHS Trusts.
The woke management
Every one of them does what is right in its woke management’s own eyes. It’s complete anarchy, and it goes without saying the Bible opposes that and stands for a rule of law, with rulers accountable to God and to the people.
The Bible says,
Exod 19:8 And all the people answered together, and said, All that the LORD hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the LORD.
Rom 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. … 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good.
The Centurion commended for his faith by our Lord told him:
Luke 7:8 For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
Leadership and authority
When you are under authority, you have authority. Under the UK’s Christian constitution, King Charles rules under the authority of the King of kings, the Lord Jesus Christ. So the king has the Lord’s authority and the king’s ministers exercise that authority and are responsible to the king, to God and to the people for carrying it out.
But when they set up quasi-autonomous non-governmental organisations, QUANGOs, these are under no authority and ministers are able to evade responsibility for their actions. The Taxpayers’ Alliance listed nine hundred and fifty seven quangos in twenty-ten. Even then they employed 700,000 staff and cost the taxpayer, in one way or another, over £120 billion.
In Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, ministers appoint the directors of NHS trusts. But the king’s Health Secretary can’t appoint the members of NHS Trusts in England. That is in the gift of another quango, the NHS Trust Development Authority, which is part of yet another, NHS Improvement called NHS England.
Who appoints the directors of NHS England?
It’s a complete mystery. It’s thoroughly opache. All the Government will say is that such and such a person ‘has been appointed.’ By whom? Who knows?
Ministers like being able to say ‘it’s not my fault’. But in the case of the English NHS, the woke mud from its unbiblical absurdities is now sticking to Secretaries of State. Hence their bluster. But they are impotent.
They have no power over NHS Trusts. The only way they will regain it is by repealing most of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 and the 2012 Act and bringing all NHS Trusts back under the king’s control, as biblical rules of order demand. When Wes Streeting or Keir Starmer says they will do that, and scrap EDI, you will know they are serious.
