Abortionists calling themselves ‘Doctors for Choice’ (what choice does the baby have?) are to hold an all-day conference in South London on Friday 20th June. They are openly calling for abortion to be decriminalised with no limits on gestational age, to align England & Wales with Northern Ireland and impose on the United Kingdom the most extreme anti-life legislation possible.
Christian Voice will be present outside, by the grace of God, handing out these leaflets: What were You in your Mother’s Womb to those attending, asking them just what they were when they were in their mother’s womb. It’s the question abortionists will never answer. If you weren’t a human being in there, what were you? But the psalmist says that was ‘me’ in my mother’s womb:
Psa 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins (kidneys or insides): thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.

What’s involved
We are praying the Lord will raise up those will come out on to the street outside the Fetal Medicine Research Institute, 16-20 Windsor Walk London SE5 8BB at 9.00am on Friday 20th June 2025 to support this outreach to the UK’s leading abortionists.
Jobs involve giving out leaflets/tracts (PDF HERE – it’s folded DL – feel free to use it elsewhere – use 160gm card ), holding cameras/phones, witnessing and just being there in support. We shall be on the public highway.
Public transport will be your best bet. Denmark Hill Station (DMK) is a stone’s throw away. Take the Windsor Walk exit and turn left out of the station. In addition, buses 40, 176, 185, 484 come from Lewisham Station, Dulwich Library or Penge. Aim for the stainless steel pregnant woman statue at the western end of Windsor Walk. Conference Details
The conference is called: ‘Breaking siloes: abortion beyond the clinic’. (There was a time when abortionists raised the dread spectre of ‘back-street abortions’. Now they campaign for it. But of course it’s all about ‘Pills by Post’ these days.)
It is being convened by ‘Doctors for Choice UK (DFCUK)’, an offshoot of the heavily pro-abortion Royal College of Obstretricians and Gynaecologists and its ‘Faculty of Reproductive Health’ (which believes there is a ‘human right’ to abortion – there isn’t) together with ‘Abortion Talk’, which ‘fights abortion stigma’.
There are apparently people around (people like us) who think that shedding innocent blood isn’t quite what a civilised society, one without a death-wish, should be doing. The Bible tells us innocent blood defiles the land:
Deut 19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
To hold such a conference at the Fetal Medicine Research Institute, dedicated to saving infant life in the womb, is a macabre twist. It’s a all-day programme, and afterwards they are planning to socialise at the nearby Phoenix Pub, situated on the railway bridge, from 17:00 hrs or 5pm. Thanks for the invite!

Common cause with Transgender ideologues
The abortionists make common cause with prostitutes and trans activists. They say:

‘All income raised from the conference will go to Abortion Talk to help with its mission of destigmatising abortion, one conversation at a time.’
How they need the truth of the Gospel and the words of life of the Lord Jesus. Be there!
