An employment judge has ruled that Patrycja Wierowska can argue at an upcoming tribunal that she chose to refuse the coronavirus vaccine for religious reasons.
According to the Daily Mail, Ms. Wierowska said the dismissal was due to her refusal to have a Covid-19 shot on religious grounds. Before being fired on 28th April 2021, she worked as a care giver for HC-One care homes.
Ms. Patrycja maintained her decision was based on the Christian principle that life is sacred. The use of aborted foetuses in testing Covid-19 vaccines is against her faith.
During an employment tribunal, Judge Eoin Fowell ruled that Ms. Wierowska could rely on her religion as a protected characteristic.
He wrote, ‘I am satisfied that her views about the vaccine are intimately connected with her religious faith. There is a sufficiently close and direct nexus between her refusal to take a Covid-19 vaccine and her underlying beliefs.’
Vaccines Vs. Aborted Foetuses
In December 2020, Reuters reported that the Vatican told RC members it was morally acceptable to use Covid-19 vaccines if there were no alternatives.
The Vatican said granting of moral legitimacy was related to the principle of ‘different degrees of responsibility of cooperation in evil.’
However, giving evidence at the hearing, Ms. Patrycja said she accepted the Vatican’s position but that she also had ‘free will.’
Furthermore, a full fact report published on the Christian Voice website, shows that fetal cell lines grown in a laboratory based on aborted fetal cells collected generations ago were used in testing during the research and development of the mRNA and Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
An earlier version was the line of MRC-5 cells, originally taken from an aborted baby in 1966. Hence, pretending that aborted foetuses and vaccines are unconnected is outrageous.
Freedom without Exemptions
Article 18 of the United Nations(UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that ‘everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.’ Why the Covid-19 vaccination is an exemption remains a mystery.
Moreover, the Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) outlined in Article 18 does not only include the right to hold philosophical and religious convictions but also the right to express them publicly or privately.
People should be able to exercise their rights and act on their beliefs without discrimination.
Know your Rights
Throughout the Covid-19 lockdown, companies across the globe attempted to impose vaccination rules on their employees. A report by NBC News cited companies that enforced mandatory vaccine policies. The Landau Solicitors found it to be unlawful.
Consequently, in addressing the issue of forced vaccination, LANDAU Solicitors maintained that employers and even the UK government do not have the right to compel employees to get a coronavirus jab without their consent. A forceful employee may file a claim in an employment tribunal.
In the same way, if an employer dismissed an employee for refusing to take the vaccine, an unfair dismissal claim could be filed within two years of the termination. The Bible describes this act as an oppression.
The Holy book says:
Leviticus 5: 17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the Lord your God.
In addition, there could also be a separate claim for discrimination. If somebody was, for example, justified in refusing the vaccination on religious grounds.
In a telephone interview with Chukwuma Ilogie (a businessman), he told Christian Voice, ‘I was the manager of my unit and I got fired for refusing the vaccine. Why will I be injected with something I have zero trust in? Other members of my team stayed in that Job due to fears of joblessness in the phase of lockdown uncertainties.’
Christian Voice also interviewed employees of Hi-Impact Television Nigeria, who spoke on conditions of anonymity. They expressed displeasure over how they were made to choose between the vaccine or stay at home.
Wake-up Call
Patrycja Wierowska’s refusal to go against her faith is a bugle call to Christians all over the world. Her decision to stand with Jesus Christ regardless of the storm is worthy of emulation.
Our Lord Jesus said:
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
As the roll out of more vaccines continues in the UK, Christains must remain vigilant and steadfast in prayers.
New Vaccine to be Administered in September
The UK on 15th August announced plans to roll out a dual vaccination programme known as a bivalent vaccine (Spikevax). The roll out will be on 5th September 2022. In a press release on the government’s website, the report claims that the new vaccine will tackle both the first Covid virus and the Omicron variant.
Similarly, the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) considers the evidence and approves the vaccine for use in adults. If the Spikevax vaccine proved to be immune to the original strain and Omicron variant, what then is the usefulness of the previous jabs administered and distributed to the populace?
Did the MHRA become oblivious of the unpredictable nature of the so-called virus?
Additionally, Chief Executive of the Medicine and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA)Dr. June Raine, said ‘what this vaccine gives us is a sharpened tool in our armoury to help protect us against this disease as the virus continues to evolve’.
This is the same Moderna vaccine in 2021 that was said to possess 90% potency in preventing Covid-19 infections, hospitalisation and death. Yet people died after getting the jab.
What becomes the fate of those to be administered the bivalent (Spikevak) Omicron vaccine this September? Will the story change or will these claims be proven false?
The Experiment
The current population of the United Kingdom is 68,659,069 as of 4th September 2022, based on Worldometer elaboration of the latest United Nations data.
Based on the above statistics, it is astonishing to see that an experiment carried out by Moderna on 436 people in the whole of the UK was enough to prove the efficacy of the ‘updated vaccine’.
Vaccine Effectiveness
According to the Daily Sceptic, more Americans have lost a family member to Covid-19 vaccine injuries than to ‘Covid virus’. Based on the results of five surveys now totalling over 2,500 respondents, 4.4% reported a member of their household had died from Covid-19. 8.9% said a loved one died from Covid vaccination.
Likewise, 8.6% of respondents reported injuries from the vaccination, 4.9% sought medical treatment, 3.2% got hospitalised, and 3.6% were unable to work after the vaccination.
Looking at the above report, It is not out of place to ask the UK government and other countries insisting this vaccination where we go from here?

She should not be forced to have a vaccine but the people in her care need to be considered therefore she needs to find a new job where she can not spread covid, may i suggest nun or a job working for this website.
Dear Paul, thank you for your comment and suggestion. No one should be forced to get the vaccine, regardless of where they work.
I feel personally horrified at Christians taking this vaccine. I thought we were supposed to be pro life apart from the fact that they are extremely dangerous. Is it right to put the Lord to the test like this? No one is allowed to talk about it in church which for many of us is not at all helpful. Many of us feel silenced. As one preacher said, ” I have never seen churches so divided over this”. My job as an NHS worker was threatened but I – as well as many other thousands of NHS workers – were prepared to lose our jobs rather than take it and put our lives at risk. In the end the Government backed down. It seems that many Christians take them because they fear dying of the virus. A few of us stood/stand on Psalm 91 and trust God to protect us. Isn’t our message to the world that for those who come to faith and repentance in our wonderful saviour, that we go from death to eternal life and therefore not to be afraid of death? I feel personally that to be scared of death is a terrible witness. If we can’t stand strong in times of relative safety, what then will become of our faith if or when God really tests our faith? I am not at all intending to judge anyone but this is what I feel God has put on my heart for some considerable time now.
Thanks Debbie C, I too am absolutely appalled at the way so many church goers accepted the so called vaccine without any kind of intelligent thinking or proper due diligence. Let’s get this straight; the vaccine is not a proper vaccine in the sense of traditional vaccines; it is does not work – how many people do you speak to who have gone down with corona virus flu after having the jab? too many to count; it was not properly tested – it is still in phase 2 trials; it has numerous adverse reactions (Have you read about Justin Bieber’s AV?); and it is made with or tainted by late term, aborted baby genetic material, as I understand it, extracted from the child’s kidney(s). Whistle blowers (Lifesite News) have stated that these late terms babies are operated on alive – that make sense because the genetic material relied upon (presumably the human mRNA) can only be extracted successfully from living cells. Once dead ,the cells genetic material is unusable.
The church did not speak out against the so called vaccine, in many cases it endorsed it and church goers submitted themselves to a fear agenda instead of trusting God.
The vaccine is the first step to the covid pass; the covid pass is the next step to digital ID; Digital ID is the next step to having the mark of the beast, ‘allowing’ one to buy and sell Rev 13; the mark of the beast is worship of the antichrist. Once you do that you lose your salvation.
The church and those who complied with the lockdown and took the vaccine, now need to enter into serious repentance. No repentance, no release from what is coming next.
I also want to add that I went to the mini rally in October/November 2021, in support of brave care home workers who were about to be fired from their jobs for their inalienable right to refuse a medication that they disagreed with. I estimate about 100 people gathered on Parliament Square green. I was determined to show my solidarity with the persecuted care workers. This is what the church should be doing. The satanic elites cannot push through their anti-Christ agendas when Christians and/or ordinary people stand up and protest. Just look at what Public Child Protection Wales is achieving in publicly resisting the marxist RSE agenda.
The church has got to stop hiding behind Romans 13 and start to make a stand. You can either do this church goers or you will lose your church completely.
One last thing; If the UK church shuts down again, my prediction is it will not reopen.
I’m definitely NOT “Anti-Vax” but, the anti-covid vaccinations are completely different to traditional vaccines, e.g. the ‘flu’ vaccine, which i DO receive, because of lung disease (C.O.P.D.)
The ‘active ingredient’ of anti-covid vaccines is GENETICALLY ENGINEERED in a laboratory.
Traditional vaccines are created by taking a naturally-occurring virus/bacteria, then weakening it (“attenuation”) or killing it, before injection.
The body’s immune system still “recognises” the weakened or killed virus/bacterium as “foreign,” then produces antibodies which deactivate LIVE viruses (truly we are “Fearfully and wonderfully made!”)
In addition, anti-covid vaccines are just one type of a NEW series of vaccines, that all have “Messenger RNA” (mRNA) as the ACTIVE ingredient (also known as the “SPIKE PROTEIN.”)
THIS active ingredient (mRNA/Spike-protein) is the bit that is “genetically. engineered.”
FINALLY, 18 or so “ADDITIVES” are mixed into the vaccine, along with the active ingredient.
TWO of these additives i’m allergic to (alcohol & cholesterol.)
The other additives are listed on the NHS Info page about ALL anti-covid vaccines (most of these other additives have unpronounceable chemical names, by the way!)
It COULD therefore be the case, that those who die after receiving anti-covid vaccines, do so because they’re allergic to the ADDITIVES, not necessarily the active ingredient.
Then they suffer a fatal ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK reaction.
Psalm 91 promises that God will protect us from “ALL pestilences/plagues” if we simply TRUST him.
