Boris Johnson is in trouble with the Guardian<\/a><\/strong> not just for saying the European Union is planning a\u00a0new\u00a0Roman Empire, but for saying Napoleon and Adolf Hitler had that dream as well.<\/p>\n

We say there is actually no need to invoke Hitler and Napoleon. \u00a0Neither of them was educated enough to go to Rome to start their project.<\/p>\n

But some clever chap\u00a0in the EU was smart enough to organise the perfect place for such an endeavour.<\/p>\n

So is Boris right to say the European Union is reviving the Roman Empire?<\/p>\n
