A baby of eight weeks gestation, a month younger than the typical age for abortion<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The charges against two anti-abortion activists were struck down by a District Judge last Monday.<\/p>\n

Pro-life campaigners Kathryn Sloane and Andrew Stephenson were put on trial last week before Brighton Magistrates Court for allegedly \u201cobstructing police\u201d when asked to take down pictures of aborted babies they were displaying outside a clinic in Brighton last year.<\/p>\n

District Judge Nicholson declared that the campaigners, who are part of the group Abort67, were within their rights to resist the police since the police were acting illegally. This has been a great victory for freedom, in addition to increasing public awareness of what actually goes on behind the closed walls of abortion clinics.<\/p>\n
