A criminal has avoided deportation from the UK by claiming he is \u201ctransgender,\u201d according to the Telegraph.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

The 27-year-old man identified as MS argued he would face abuse in Algeria for his identity. British judges accepted his claim despite his record of robbery, theft, battery, and racial offence.<\/p>\n

The tribunal ruled that deporting the Algerian would expose him to \u201cridicule and hostility.\u201d<\/p>\n

The same nation that once exported missionaries now imports lawless men and shelters them in the name of \u201ccompassion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil… that put darkness for light, and light for darkness.<\/b><\/p>\n

The ruling<\/h2>\n

Upper tribunal Judge Christopher Hanson said: \u201cWere MS to return to Algeria and be open about his sexuality, he would be at risk of mockery, harassment, discrimination and potential harm from non-state actors.<\/p>\n

\u201cWere he to wear women\u2019s clothes and makeup, he would certainly draw negative attention to himself, and would likely be subjected to ridicule, hostility and possible harm.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile there are some transvestites and transgender individuals in Algeria… they have suffered abuse and harm.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlgerian society would not generally accept men dressing as women or asserting that they are transgender. Indeed, [his]\u2019s account… of being ridiculed for wearing women\u2019s clothes and make-up in public areas is entirely plausible, as are his father\u2019s threats to kill him on account of his behaviour.<\/p>\n

\u201cA family would deem such actions as deeply shameful and humiliating, and would do their utmost to prevent their son from bringing embarrassment and shame in this way. If MS chooses to dress in women\u2019s clothing or make up, this would heighten the threat of abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n

The twisted face of asylum<\/h2>\n

This man was granted refugee status in 2013, supposedly fleeing danger. Instead, he brought danger with him\u2014threatening police, resisting arrest, and abusing the system that took him in.<\/p>\n

By 2019, he had been served with removal papers. Yet every attempt to uphold justice was frustrated by courts focused on identity politics.<\/p>\n

Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.<\/b><\/p>\n

The criminal code is now used not to punish wrongdoing, but to protect and empower the wicked. Britain\u2019s \u201crefuge\u201d now shelters criminals under the pretext of fragile feelings and fabricated identities.<\/p>\n

Truth on Trial<\/h2>\n

A deportation order was made in August 2022, and he was served with a notice of the decision to revoke his refugee status in the same month.<\/p>\n

The Home Office asserted in July 2023 that the situation in Algeria had changed and that MS would no longer be an \u201cindividual who would face treatment amounting to persecution\u201d in the country.<\/p>\n

However, a \u201ccountry expert\u201d told the tribunal that while \u201chomosexuality is not illegal in Algeria, engaging in homosexual acts is a punishable offence\u201d, and those who do not hide their sexuality are at risk of \u201cphysical violence\u201d.<\/p>\n

Judge Hanson said: \u201cI find a holistic assessment of the evidence shows there is sufficient to justify the maintaining of the grant of international protection.\u201d<\/p>\n

The judge found the lower court had made a legal error because it did not consider the \u201cprotected characteristics\u201d for which the asylum seeker had been \u201crecognised as a refugee\u201d.<\/p>\n

This logic would forbid deporting any criminal who might be criticised abroad. The judge described MS\u2019s story of being mocked for wearing makeup as \u201centirely plausible.\u201d Is that now the threshold for asylum?<\/p>\n

British justice, once rooted in truth, has become a theatre of moral confusion.<\/p>\n

As Home Secretary Yvette Cooper prepares tighter laws to restrict abuse of asylum rules, cases like this show how far the rot has spread.<\/p>\n

Despite repeated criminality, MS has remained in Britain for over a decade\u2014while law-abiding citizens face rising crime and falling standards.<\/p>\n

Britain\u2019s political class has allowed human rights to become a tool of the unrighteous.<\/p>\n

Justice must be restored<\/h2>\n

The case of MS is not isolated\u2014it is emblematic of a wider spiritual collapse. Compassion has been severed from truth. Justice is now determined by gender claims, not conduct. And criminals manipulate the system with terrifying ease.<\/p>\n

Britain must repent. The Church must speak. And the people must pray for a return to righteousness, before it is too late.<\/p>\n
