The Leeds affair was confined to July 2024. Southport started with the shocking and tragic stabbing to death of three little girls in July, but its ramifications are continuing.<\/p>\n<p>So let\u2019s take a biblical look at Leeds. The word \u2018our\u2019 is I think doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence.<\/p>\n<p>UK Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, said: \u2018Rioters will feel the full force of the law\u2019. As will people (like the author) who stand with Bible verses outside abortion centres, for that matter.<\/p>\n<p>From the chattering classes, here\u2019s former Labour MP Tom Harris <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window \u00a3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2024\/08\/05\/starmer-is-failing-his-first-major-test\/\n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>writing in the Telegraph<\/b><\/a>: \u2018Political violence in a democracy is unacceptable,\u2019 he says. He goes on: \u2018It was unacceptable when rioting broke out in Leeds, sparked by local anger at the removal by social workers of two Roma children from their families.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>In this video I\u2019m going to tell you why scripture completely disagrees with Mr Harris.<\/p>\n<p>And it was four children, not two. In April 2024 a Roma family took their baby to hospital with injuries they could not explain.<\/p>\n<p>The doctors told Leeds City Social Services. All four children became subject to Family Court orders and were sent to stay with different family members in the Harehills area of Leeds.<\/p>\n<p>These are not the first parents to fall under immediate suspicion when not able to explain what has caused their child\u2019s injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in July, Leeds Social Services mounted an operation to take all four children into what they call \u2018care\u2019. I\u2019ll explain why that happened in a moment.<\/p>\n<h2>Taking children into \u2018care\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>But I have sat in court as a reporter in cases like these. I have to tell you, taking children into \u2018care\u2019, as they call it, instead of keeping a family together, is Child Protection\u2019s default, even kneejerk, mode of operation.<\/p>\n<p>Social workers are terrified of adverse media if a child is harmed, as that might affect their job prospects. Even the good ones are trained in a godless system which views ordinary families with suspicion.<\/p>\n<p>I never saw social workers help a family, they just made demands. Parents felt the entire system of social workers, solicitors, barristers, Cafcass, judges, was against them.<\/p>\n<p>And as for their \u2018care\u2019 system, it\u2019s so good, that if a young mother who has been \u2018in care\u2019 comes to the future attention of social services, the mere fact that she has been in care counts against her.<\/p>\n<p>They are more likely to take her children if she herself has been \u2018in care\u2019. (Footage on our video.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Good Book says:<br \/>\n<b>Exod 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>And we read:<br \/>\n<b>Psalm 127:3 Lo, children are a heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>That is the Roma culture.<\/p>\n<p>So when social services turned up to remove these four children, the family, part of a local community from Romania, living in Harehills, objected. Their children are important to them. You don\u2019t touch Roma children.<\/p>\n<p>You can call this a culture clash if you wish. Incredibly, Leeds Children&#8217;s Services had been alerted that family members planned to take the children back home to Romania without their permission.<\/p>\n<p>That was it. I mean, what business is it of Leeds Council if a family take their children out of their jurisdiction?<\/p>\n<p>We saw this in Sweden, years ago, in the case of Domenic Johansson. Domenic and his Indian mum, who was home-schooling him, were about to take off for India. So when the police tried forcibly to help social services spirit the children away, local people from the various communities, the Roma, the Muslims, the whit folks, all rose up against the police and a riot broke out.<\/p>\n<p>The officers were outnumbered and retreated because it was \u2018too dangerous\u2019, <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window \u00a3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2024\/07\/19\/police-face-backlash-leeds-riots-retreated-dangerous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>according to the Telegraph<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A police car was overturned. For some reason a bus was set on fire. I\u2019m not excusing criminal damage. But people do not always act rationally. The British establishment care far more about virtue signalling than about protecting the public.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, do you want to know the reason why we are not allowed to name the children involved?<\/p>\n<p>They say it\u2019s to protect the children. But it is actually to protect the system. It took a riot to bring about an \u2018urgent review\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The parents of the children announced a hunger strike until they were returned. What Tom Harris described as \u2018unacceptable\u2019 rioting continued over the weekend.<\/p>\n<h2>Children returned only after court hearing<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33776\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33776\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Judge-Helen-Trotter-Jackson.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-33776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Judge-Helen-Trotter-Jackson-300x275.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Judge-Helen-Trotter-Jackson-300x275.png 300w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Judge-Helen-Trotter-Jackson.png 415w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33776\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Her Honour Judge Helen Trotter-Jackson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finally, on the Tuesday, the Council returned the children, after a Family Court hearing. In the interim, the court heard, the children had been \u2018feeling unhappy and unsettled\u2019 with the paid foster carers. What a surprise that when you go against God\u2019s created order things go wrong.<\/p>\n<p>The Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service (CAFCASS) social worker actually wanted to leave the children in care and subject Leeds to further riots. She said she had not had enough time to go round and assess the family. Yes, officials can be that dumb.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-13664881\/Four-children-removal-foster-care-sparked-Leeds-riots-returned-live-extended-family.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>the Mail reported<\/b><\/a>: \u2018Judge Helen Trotter-Jackson stressed the importance of the children&#8217;s welfare and the need to cool the tension.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>That comment from the learned judge shows that if there had been no riots, as well there being no review, the children would likely have stayed in care.<\/p>\n<h2>Rioters achieved their aims<\/h2>\n<p>The rioters had achieved their modest aims. Mercifully, the low life who always see an opportunity to loot shops, as <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/uk-news\/article\/2024\/aug\/07\/uk-riots-how-does-the-violence-compare-with-unrest-in-august-2011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>happened in Tottenham in 2011<\/b><\/a>, were absent.<\/p>\n<p>The local people appeared to have no leader, yet, like the Bible\u2019s locusts:<br \/>\n<b>Prov 30:27 The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>It was the same in Kenya last month, when Generation Z took to the streets against an ungodly finance bill imposing taxes on items as diverse and basic as bread and sanitary products.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zkxzGsodfHU?si=LyBtKaKqDrgfsEYC\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>They too had no leader, only, they said, the Constitution. They need repentance and the Gospel truth of fearing God and loving their neighbour.<\/p>\n<p>So rioting on the streets against tyranny is not \u2018unacceptable\u2019. It may just be the only language the establishment understand.<\/p>\n<p>In Leeds it brought the state, in the ruling of Judge Helen, to heel. In Kenya it has forced ungodly taxation to be abandoned.<\/p>\n<h2>The Bible position on riots and rebellion<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33781\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33781\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/the-gettysburg-address-gettyimages-3289809.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-33781\" src=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/the-gettysburg-address-gettyimages-3289809-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"'Government of the people, by the people, for the people.' Well, when the people of Israel rebelled against Solomon\u2019s son king Rehoboam over taxation, there is not one word of condemnation of them in 1Kings 12 to 14 or in 2Chronicles 10 to 12.<\/p>\n<p>Not a single word. They have replaced government of the people, by the people, for the people, which is true democracy, by oligarchy, that is, government of the elite, by the elite, for the elite.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2023, at Davos, journalist Emily Maitlis asked Sir Keir Starmer which he preferred, Westminster or Davos.
