{"id":33121,"date":"2024-03-19T17:35:51","date_gmt":"2024-03-19T17:35:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/?p=33121"},"modified":"2024-03-19T17:42:10","modified_gmt":"2024-03-19T17:42:10","slug":"kate-gate-and-the-need-for-truth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/index.php\/kate-gate-and-the-need-for-truth\/","title":{"rendered":"Kate-Gate and the need for truth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Dgnvuf9xLB8?si=ihRJ95nT3ioS_99l\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Transcript (plus a few after-thoughts!): Amid demands for answers from Kensington Palace over the royal photo scandal, Reform Party MP Lee Anderson <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/politics\/1876193\/Lee-Anderson-Princess-Catherine-photoshop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>told reporters<\/b><\/a>: \u201cJust leave her alone\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>That might work if Katherine were a struggling mum in Mr Anderson\u2019s Ashfield constituency.<\/p>\n<h2>Princess photo-editing<\/h2>\n<p>But this is the Princess of Wales, wife of the heir to the British throne, forced into stating, we cannot say \u2018admitting\u2019 because we still don\u2019t know the truth, that she photo-edited a picture which Prince William posted to his royal social media pages on Mothering Sunday 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Stick with me as we seek out the truth of all this, and if you stay to the end, I\u2019ll have a fascinating outro for you.<\/p>\n<p>Now then, the photo was intended to be reproduced around the world, but sharp-eyed agency editors (at Getty, Reuters, Associated Press and Agence France Press) saw that, for a start, part of the sleeve of Kate&#8217;s daughter&#8217;s cardigan didn\u2019t line up properly.<\/p>\n<p>Agencies won\u2019t publish images that have been overly edited and <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/uk\/news-agencies-withdraw-photo-uks-princess-wales-2024-03-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b> they killed the photograph<\/b><\/a> at once. You might also notice the Princess\u2019s left hand wears no wedding ring and that compared with her right hand, which clearly crumples Prince Louis\u2019s woolly, there is no such indentation on Charlotte\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h2>An apology for \u2018confusion\u2019?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-33126\" src=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-300x144.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-1024x492.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-768x369.png 768w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-750x360.png 750w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet-600x288.png 600w, https:\/\/www.christianvoice.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/KateTweet.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>A day later, the Princess said, in a tweet: \u201cLike many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother\u2019s Day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But why did she, or her staff, think she could get away with such a deception in the first place? Being caught out and forced into a half-hearted apology \u2018for any confusion\u2019 is not, as they say these days, a good look.<\/p>\n<h2>Hire a professional!<\/h2>\n<p>Nor was she the photographer. We heard that Prince William took the photo, or photos, on his two-and-a-half-thousand-pound camera through his fifteen-hundred pound lens.<\/p>\n<p>(And given all that, we don\u2019t expect \u2018amateur\u2019 as an excuse from a royal household. We expect things done right. If you aren\u2019t up to it, hire a professional photographer. In fact, do that anyway. As much as you want to appear like &#8216;ordinary people&#8217;, giving employment goes with the job.)<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s more than embarrassing. The word of God says:<br \/>\n<b>Proverbs 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness. (KJV)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You might be tempted to say, \u2018Oh, it\u2019s only a little thing\u2019, but the Bible keeps on about it. And this matters, because we need to be able to trust what our leaders say and the images they put out.<\/p>\n<p>People today no longer have that trust in their rulers. They feel the elite are only in it for themselves and their pals. Stuff like Kate-Gate just confirms it.<\/p>\n<p>Prince William and Princess Katherine are also sold out both to <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.marieclaire.com\/celebrity\/prince-william-kate-middleton-lgbtqia-support-pride-month\/\n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>gay pride<\/b><\/a> and to climate fanaticism.<\/p>\n<p>They are the figureheads of the <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/earthshotprize.org\/people-partners\/board-of-trustees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Earthshot Prize<\/b><\/a>, a vainglorious World Economic Forum project (fascinating to see WEF stooge Jacinda Ardern is a trustee) which aims to \u2018repair the Earth\u2019 or \u2018our Planet\u2019 and \u2018fix the world&#8217;s climate by building a carbon-neutral economy\u2019 in 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>I have to say, it\u2019s the same lack of judgment, the same cavalier relationship with the truth, and the same hope that ordinary people won\u2019t notice it\u2019s all built on lies that we saw in Kate-Gate.<\/p>\n<h2>We support the Royal Family!<\/h2>\n<p>Now look, Christian Voice supports the royal family. We pray for them, for their salvation, their wisdom, their safety. They are an integral part of our nation\u2019s Christian constitution.<\/p>\n<p>When his time comes, William will be anointed with holy oil to reign over us under the Kingly authority of Jesus, just as his father was, and his mother before him, and so on, back through the generations.<\/p>\n<p>We also dismiss certain internet rumours as unsubstantiated or even malicious hearsay. No, Kate is not dead. The Royal Family do not cover up their deaths, they announce them. No, there has been no secret divorce. You can\u2019t do that in our jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<h2>Questions remain<\/h2>\n<p>But questions and inconsistencies remain. The original idea was for the Princess to surface after her un-named abdominal surgery at Easter and there would be no health updates until then.<\/p>\n<p>But the Mother\u2019s Day photo was an attempt at a health update. Should they have been more upfront about her condition, just as His Majesty the King was open about his prostate procedure?<\/p>\n<p>Before that is, reverting to news black-out mode over the type of cancer the doctors found during his operation?<\/p>\n<p>(And now <a title=\"Opens in a new tab or window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/uk\/home-news\/queen-elizabeth-grand-children-edited-photo-kate-middleton-b2514747.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>news emerges<\/b><\/a> that the photograph of her late majesty with her grandchildren and great-grand children taken in August 2022 was also \u201cdigitally enhanced at source\u201d, as Getty Images put it. Children were moved about. Were they even there? So the editing is not \u2018occasionally\u2019. Kate, it seems, cannot stop doctoring photos. Once again, hire a photographer!)<\/p>\n<h2>A need for prayer!<\/h2>\n<p>Oh dear.
