Ms Joyce said the policy isn\u2019t just a waste of time and taxpayers\u2019 money, but also discriminatory towards the majority of perfectly sensible civil servants who don\u2019t believe in this nonsense and just want to do their job.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018These \u201cdiversity champion\u201d roles are clearly being used to push contested beliefs about \u201cgender identity\u201d as something distinct from a person\u2019s sex.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;That\u2019s got no basis in either UK law or biological reality.
