UN refugee camps are run by jihadists. A Muslim refugee ban makes sense from a security point of view. But is it legal under the US Constitutional?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As a Federal Appeals Court rules against <\/a><\/strong>President Trump’s Refugee Ban, it has emerged that the BBC ran a fake news story on the issue.<\/p>\n

The UK state broadcaster denied that Muslims were favoured over Christians. \u00a0This was a complete reversal\u00a0of the truth.<\/p>\n

The debate could impact on the UK’s own refugee policy. \u00a0The Home Secretary has just stopped the ‘Dubs’ child refugee programme.<\/p>\n

US Court overturns Refugee Ban<\/h2>\n

The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals said it would not block a ruling by a Seattle court that halted the President’s executive order. \u00a0The court said the President had not proved a terror threat to justify reviving the ban.<\/p>\n

The ruling<\/a><\/strong> means that people from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen with visas can continue to enter the US. \u00a0Refugees from around the world, also subject to a temporary refugee ban, are no longer blocked either.<\/p>\n

But evidence uncovered by a UK aid charity has shown that Muslim refugees, or migrants, passing through UN camps\u00a0are exposed to radicalisation. \u00a0Jihadists\u00a0run refugee\u00a0camps as Islamic enclaves<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0Accordingly, Christians avoid them.<\/p>\n

Figures obtained by Barnabas Fund<\/a><\/strong> showed the UK took in just 64 Syrian Christians out of a total of 4,000 refugees. \u00a0Because the UK outsourced its refugee selection to the UN, the bias was inevitable.<\/p>\n

US has anti-Christian refugee bias<\/h2>\n

But the US has a similar policy. \u00a0Barnabas Fund said in a Press Release<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

‘The simple fact is that of 10,801 Syrian refugees admitted to the USA last year only 56 were Christians (there were also only 20 Shi\u2019a and 17 Yazidis \u2013 the other two groups that John Kerry said were facing genocide), while 99% were Sunni Muslims.’<\/p>\n

President Trump earlier defended his 27th January executive order. \u00a0 He said the policy was about prioritising religious minorities. He was asked if persecuted Christians would be a priority. \u00a0Trump replied by criticising the previous Obama administration:<\/p>\n

‘Yes, they have been horribly treated. Do you know if you were a Christian in Syria it was impossible, at least very, very tough to get into the United States. If you were a Muslim you could come in, but if you were a Christian it was almost impossible.’<\/p>\n

The next Sunday, at the start of the 10pm television news, the BBC broadcast a comment by their New York correspondent, Nick Bryant. \u00a0Mr Bryant said:<\/p>\n

\u201cIn an interview with an evangelical television network\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>[President Trump] claimed without any factual basis the old Obama policy favoured Muslims over Christians\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The BBC also posted online a video<\/a><\/strong> of President Trump’s statement.<\/p>\n

The BBC responded to\u00a0a complaint from the aid charity<\/a><\/strong> by confusing the issue. \u00a0They said:<\/p>\n

‘Research by the Pew Center shows broadly equal numbers of Christians and Muslims being admitted in 2016 to the United States. This suggest (sic) that the very small percentage of Christian refugees coming to the US from Syria is untypical.’<\/p>\n

But the story was about Syria! \u00a0The BBC indulged in fake news. \u00a0It is clear they intended to\u00a0cast the Trump Executive Order in a bad light.<\/p>\n

Muslim Terrorism remains a threat<\/h2>\n

The US Court held the Executive did not provide enough evidence of their claimed terror threat. \u00a0But such a threat is difficult to quantify.<\/p>\n

We know Muslim jihadist gangs run\u00a0the UN refugee camps<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0Because of that,\u00a0we know Christians avoid them<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0We know Islamic State is\u00a0using the refugee crisis<\/a><\/strong> to\u00a0infiltrate the West. \u00a0We also know that Muslims would like to establish Islamic law everywhere. \u00a0And we know terrorism world-wide is overwhelmingly Islamic.<\/p>\n

Christians want to be hospitable but we must also be realistic. \u00a0Every nation has a Biblical mandate to protect its\u00a0borders, as I showed in this video<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0A refugee ban on\u00a0Muslims makes sense both from a security and social cohesion point of view \u00a0The US Constitution<\/a><\/strong> forbids religious bias. \u00a0But we know there is a pro-Muslim religious bias in the numbers of refugees the UK and US admit. \u00a0We also know the establishment are keen to cover that up. They\u00a0will even use fake news to do so.<\/p>\n

Protect security<\/h2>\n

As we went to press, a court was preparing to hear an objection<\/a><\/strong> to ending the UK’s child refugee programme. \u00a0We do not know if there were any Christians among the 350 alleged ‘children’ taken in. \u00a0Nor have we ever been told anything about the family situation of the children. \u00a0Last year,\u00a0the Home Office admitted<\/a><\/strong>\u00a045% of 11,847 ‘child’ applicants whose ages were checked were not actually children. \u00a0How many were jihadists? \u00a0No-one knows.<\/p>\n

The US Constitution<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0also allows the US to protect its security. \u00a0The case will probably now move to the Supreme Court. \u00a0In the meantime migrants from the countries named are taking advantage of the relaxation. \u00a0And Islamic State personnel will not be short of money for air fares. \u00a0The US may only find out the Trump refugee ban was correct when it is too late.<\/p>\n
