We seek a gifted Content Creator to plan, film, edit and upload video content, promoting it and this ministry generally by e-marketing and on social media in liaison with our Media Manager.
\nResponsibilities will include ensuring necessary filming equipment is maintained, designing each brief, directing, operating cameras on set, editing film footage and publishing it. You will also promote our videos on social media and by e-marketing.
\nYou will report to the Campaigns Director but will work creatively with the rest of the team, making suggestions and accepting decisions. Further training and guidance will be given. The successful candidate will be up to date, or able to become so, with industry trends.
\nSpecific requirements for this role:
\n* Knowledge of camera, lighting and sound techniques
\n* Proficiency and creativity with editing software
\n* Some experience in film and video making
\nThe position will include making regular piece-to-camera videos with the National Director as well as carrying out interviews farther afield.
\nThe charity has three Sony PXW-X70 cameras on site, tripods, teleprompter, sound equipment and lighting. Video editing software on-site is Premier Elements-11.<\/p>\n
Education to degree standard or equivalent.
\nExcellent IT skills and computer literacy.

Salary: \u00a320,000 – \u00a325,000 per annum
\nHours: 40 hours per week. Normally, hours will be Monday to Friday, but some Saturday working may also be involved.
\nHolidays: 20 days paid holiday pro rata + Bank holidays
\n* It is possible that this job could be done at least initially on a self-employed basis.
\nReporting to: Director of Operations.
\nLocation: Based at home with some travel required.<\/p>\n
