I guess we live in a free society and Mr Lineker is entitled to his view. At the same time, none of us are forced to agree with it, for a variety of reasons, and I certainly do not.
Football is an international game and I do not believe that it should be used to promote the LGBTQ+ agenda. Encouraging young men and publicly trying to make this lifestyle choice seem sort of normal is not the job of a sports presenter. Mr Lineker needs to decide what hat he is wearing, I am sure Stonewall would love to give him a job and there are other options to replace him on MOTD.
